Strange Symbol Next to Head

[Dirzain]

I was about to begin levelling my THF in Sarutabaruta when a low-level in my linkshell asks what a symbol is that is a green and a yellow arrow. We tell them that it is a Looking for Party symbol, but they say it is not, so I go to investigate. It is indeed not a LFP flag so, I took a screenshot and I was wondering if any of you could shed some light onto this.

Post if you can, thank you.

[Passions]

your pic is broken

[Dirzain]

Yes, I'm trying to fix it, give me a moment

[Chasym]

ive seen that same symbol before and wondered what the hell it was myself.
Maybe its someone who used to adventurer recruiting program and got the mandy beret?

[Dirzain]

They're, maybe it's bigger, no idea

edit: apparently not

[Dirzain]

Someone in LS was saying it could've been requesting help from a mentor or something like that. But I'm not sure
