So I walked into the breakroom here at the office to pop my company popcorn and proceed to get my free fountain drink (love my job), only to see a softball sign up sheet. I thought to myself "score!" because I love softball and played ever since I was 5 years old. So I skim through it and noticed "Mens softball league only" -_-. My boss was right there and he was like go talk with so and so he is heading it and maybe he knows of a co-ed league.
Nope ... or at least he doesnt want to say there is one. He is taking major pride in all us girls coming to him asking him if there is a co-ed option or league that he knows of. Nothing is worse than a gloatting guy bragging about an all mens league because men are better -_-. I would try to make up a league for my work for girls, but I looked into it and obvisouly its too late to make a team for this year :-(. Anyways, so I probe him in what kind of softball league was it lol. Turns out its just a slow pitch league (double lame!). Hell any respectable softball league at least has semi-fast pitch (i.e. half wind-up pitch) so this just means the guys are a bunch of pansies! So that made me feel a little better, but not completely because the more I think about not being able to join the more I want to haha.
Anyways my little rant on Company softball teams that are not co-ed!
