Since I am no summoner myself, but my friend is and we PT nearly all the time I have also helped him doing his summoner AFs. This is a guide of how we done these AF tours. It is still incomplete, we still have to do our Ugalepi coffer and Last AF although we know what we will be facing.

AF1: Kukulcan's Staff
Requirement: 40+

Quest starts in Windrust Walls by simply clicking the door of House of Heros (well all quest starts here...). Now head to Port Bastok and talk to Juroro, the NPC that gives the Trial of earth. After the cutscene you will be given a quest item Earth Pendulum. Now head to the Earth Protocrystal from Quicksands. Trade the Pendulum to enter a BC fight. (DO NOT GO INSIDE WITHOUT TRADING OR YOU WILL FACE LVL 70+ SUMMON FIGHT) The mob you face is actually a Hecteye type monster. Only one of them. He is a blm type and he cast spells up to fireII, firega and such. He is not that hard, I think a PT of lvl 50s can deal with him without trouble. His death ray hurts a bit though... he dealt 290 damage to me as a 74 monk. After defeating, report back to Juroro then to Koru-Moru in Windrust Walls for your reward.

AF2: Evoker's Spats
Requirement: Lvl50+, Completed AF1

Quest starts again in Windrust walls by clicking the door of House of Heroes. Then go to Koru-Moru and he will tell you to bring 4 Astragalos. This you can buy them from AH at the ammo section. Usually costs 1k per piece. Once traded, you are asked to talk with 3 key persons. Those persons are: Fuepepe in Windrust waters,
Furakku-Norakku in Windrust Waters, lastly Shantotto in Windrust walls. Then head to North Sandoria and talk to Gulmama, the quest giver of Trial of Ice. She will once again trade an Ice Pendulum. Now head to Fei-Yin towards the Ice Protocrystal. Trade the Pendulum to the protocrystal for a BC fight. This BC consists of 6... onions (yeah onions...) they don't hit that hard for a 74, but still you better off send the tank first and sleep the rest eighther with Lulaby or Sleepga which ever one you feel convenient. They are not that high in HP but they do have AoE sleep so be carefull about it. Now talk to Gulmama in North sandoria again(not sure if this is necesary but to just make sure...) then head back to Koru moru in Windrust Walls for your reward.

AF3: Evoker's Horn (not done yet so unsure about its difficulty)
Requirement: Lvl50+, Completed AF2

Once again, go to the House of Heroes. Then talk to Koru-Moru. Now head to Mhaura and talk to Ripapa the quest giver of the Trial of Lightning. You will again receive a Lightining Pendulum. Now head to boyada towards the Lightning Protocrystal. Enter the BC and you will face TWO unsleepable Weapons. Defeat them and report back to Ripapa (again not sure if this is necesary) then back to Koru-Moru. You should receive an important item (sorry not sure what this is called in NA version). Now head to Rabao and talk to Agado-Pugado the Trial of Wind quest giver. You will again receive a quest item Wind Pendulum. Now head to the Wind protocrystal through Cape terrigan. (MAKE SURE YOU BRING PRISM AND OIL FOR THIS TRIP! ITS A GOD DAMN LONG WAY!) Trade the Pendulum for your final BC fight which is a Manticore type. It is said that he casts Silencega (thats right aoe silence) so mages are advised to stay back to avoid getting hit. Once killed and saw the cut scene, report back to Koru-Moru for your reward.

Note: Remember the person who holds the Pendulum MUST ENTER FIRST! Or else you won't get the choice of entering the Summoner AF BC (if you are helping that is).

Boltzbelg's Old Gauntlet: Evoker's Gauntlets
Coffer Location: Sea serpent grotto
Mobs that drops the key: Rock Crab, Blubber Eyes Marsh/Swamp/Bog Sahagin
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Requirement: Offered AF2 Quest

The coffer only spawns past the door where you trade a mithril beastmen coin. All mobs in here agros (Not sure about the leeches) and they are sneak only. Difficulty wise its not that hard, competition is near null. Mobs you face are lvls 60-64.

Quest starts in Jeuno from Guslam in upper jeuno, a Galka located in the armor shop. After offered, get the old gauntlet in Sea serpent grotto. Talk back to Guslam, then to the Shop owner in that shop. Go down to Lower Jeuno, enter the tenshodo HQ and talk to the Mithra Yin Pocanakhu and buy the old crate for 1000gil (Note: If you have already bought this box with another job's af, you won't need to pay them). Now head down to Port Jeuno, and locate the ??? Near the Port Jeuno's AH. Head to Zvahl Baylies and touch the torch (Dark spark quest). Kill the Dark spark, touch the torch again. Return to Jeuno and touch the ??? again. You have your reward after the cutscene.

Other AF Coffers:

Evoker's Boots

Location: Toraimai Canal
Mob's who drop the key: Bouncing Ball, Dire Bat, Fleshcraver、Doom Mage, Starmite
Difficulty: Medium-High
Requirement: Offered Boltzbelg's Old Gauntlet quest

Now first of all Toraimai Canal can be accessed in 3 ways. First by having 3 type of mages and open the gate. Second, by completing windrust mission 2-3 trade a rolan berry to Kupipi for a key. This will open the gate without the need of 3 mages. Third, complete the entire quest of Rhinostery. The last quest will grant you access to Toraimai Cannal via Windrust Walls.

This place is a FRIGGING MAZE! all mobs except Starmite's are sound agro. Every single thing will agro in here. The coffer spawns mostly on the second map, or the map where you enter Toraimai's Canal from Windrust Walls. It took us ages to find the coffer we need. Expect to stay long hours just to figure out how to reach a certain point -_-;

Evoker's Doublet
Location: Temple of Ugalepi
Mobs who drops the key: Temple Bee, Temple Guardian, Tonberry Maledictor/Pursuer/Stabber/Maledictor/Dismayer, Hover Tank
Difficulty: High
Requirement: Offered Boltzbelg's Old Gauntlet quest

Since we have not searched for the coffer yet, we cannot give the detail of how hard to find the coffer. They key drop is pretty good. Mob's you face sucks... Again this place all tomberries will agro you. Even if you are lvl 74, they will agro without invis. Good news is this place only needs invis to walk around. The first map where you enter the Temple of Ugalepi from Yhoator J-12 needs at least 71+ in order to go agro free.

Hope this helps.

ADD: Add of the coffer and the Final battles of the summoner AF.

Ugalipi coffer was easier than I though. Bad thing is it can spawn where you have to kill the temple guardian, a doll type nm to open one door. He use Meltdown which is a self destruct ws which if he activates that at 40% hp you are most likely going to die unless you stop it by stun. Also another coffer spawn where you need the Ugalepi key and another key which I don't know the name. We found ours in the secret room. (forgot pos)

The 2 Weapon BCNM in the Cloister of Storm was pretty hard. They don't see through sneak but they do link if one gets agro. My whm friend pulled with carbuncle which brought one, but as soon as I engaged the other one came. I am not sure what jobs they are, but one weapon had 2 weapons in his head and another one had a great axe. Needless to say the G.Axe weapon (I think it was Thunder Weapon) hitted pretty hard... 100~150 damage. Worst of all, these Suck up TP everytime they hit. TP drain varied from 10~35TP per hit, which made it a bit hard for 2 of us. HP wise its not that much, but their ws surely was annoying. Whm friend had to be close to me since there were 2 of them and I didn't wanted my provoke to be out of range. Doable with a party of 60. But better be cautiouse. They was pretty resistant to melee aswell, about 40~50 damage per hit, but I haven't used food nor high damaging weapon ( I wanted to use a fast delay weapon ) so can't say this for certain.

I went to the Manticore BCNM with 4 people. (2 friends just wanted to tag along). The manticore doesn't have alot of hps but he DO have a high defence. My hits with spartan sesti a 20 damage knuckle only did 40ish with chief mithkabobs. I opened up the fight with 100 fists and managed to take lets say 40% of his life.

Spells he use are Dispelga and Silencega. Its really annoying but the AoE range was not that wide. The whm friend managed to stay out of range. His melee hits pretty hard 140~150ish, also his WS hurts alot. About 500 damage with Deadly hold. Of course I was subbing ninja for this fight so I rarely got hit with +39 evation. All in all, he is doable with 1 good solid party of 65s. The BCNM seems to be designed for a full alliance. But utusemi2 is a very powerfull spell, I evaded nearly 90% of his hits via eva gear and utusemi. ALthough my utusemi got ripped off from the -Gas.
