Saw this on Digg, apperently its only available on the japanese client, so im going to go download the jp version rom and see if it works.

If so, amazing design by the designers.

I was reading the comments on the page, and one of them posted how there is no level like that in the European or Asian version of the game. Still i'm compelled to check some roms.

It's not in any official versions of the game, it's a custom hacked build. There's tons of those floating around the net, it's probably just a level that was specifically designed to be beatable that way.
