Super Smash Bros Brawl : The Musicians list

The Classic Controller is probably what you're thinking of

The Wii Remote doesn't have enough buttons it seems to me. And shaking the remote will be kind of odd in this game.

That is, unless, Wario's hyper-move when he grabs the Smash Bros. icon is to make all the others compete in a quick microgame from WarioWare Smooth Moves that takes up the whole screen--Just like the Nintendogs took up the whole screen.

i wonder how you going to play with Remote >_>
I knew they would add in the Wiimote controls to the game, I called it months ago that they'd easily add in the controls. I'd imagine they're going to work similarly to the Marvel: ultimate alliance or mortal kombat schemes. Given how the system worked in the other games, it'd be really easy to replicate the controls with the Wiimote. The wiimote could work by instead of holding up and hitting the B button to do your rising attack, you hit B and flick the Wiimote up; same with the other moves. That'd be the easiest and most intuitive way to add in the controls.

Screw that. I got upset when SNK Playmore changed up the controls for Metal Slug Anthology...

Flick the remote to toss a grenade? On a 2-D Platforming Shooter "Contra" Clone? Forget that!!

*Kisses his oversized Gamecube ASCII Keyboard Controller that he spent $70 on for "Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2" when it first came out, but now slightly regrets it*

Give me old-fashioned controls anyday.

I remember watching a controls overview for anthology, and they mentioned being able to just turn the remote on its side, and not have to shake it to do anything. Only buttons were used. Did they change it?

Fortunately, that is also an option.

Also... You CAN use the Gamecube Controller (which is what I prefer and commonly use whenever I play Metal Slug with my Dad.)

I liked the side-ways controls, shaking to throw a grenade wasn't a problem at all. When I'd die on a boss, I'd respawn and just shake few a few seconds until out of grenades and then keep going.
