All things must come to a end some wise man side and today is my end of my journey, or maybe the beginning of a new one. I decided to retire from FFXI and take a break from MMO all together. So much time wasted on a game. Yet I do not regret a minute of it. I enjoyed my journey from the days in cowboysfromhell and godblessyou to my final days in serapis and vanquished. Over 1500 hours logged... alot I know.
With that time I met alot of great people and not so great people and I not going sit here and name them all because list is just to long and I know I would forget someone. So I wiil thank groups instead. To the people in Serpis thankyou for making it the successful Linkshelll it was and thanks to all that help me run it over the years, and to those who took over after I left. To Knights of Asgard for the fun experience of Einherjar will miss pulling and kiting for you. To the people in Reliance great Dynamis and Sea shell to the end. To people in Vanquished had a blast taking down kings, wyrms and everything else that crossed there path. I will miss the talks on vents and the little things in this game but in the big picture I will not miss the game I accomplished what I wanted to do and have no urge to return to the game nor to play FFXIV. I am Free.
