eh what ever they call it but this hole, THE EARTH IS A LIVE SHIT, makes me think about the spirits within movie when the spirits of each planet are like FUCK YOU LETS BATTLE ROYAL!

Looks like it boils down to mild cases around the world, but severe in Mexico as they do not have the proper medication/procedures/health care to treat the virus.

Since the very young and very old are more suspectible to flu death, this death could probably have been prevented if the child was treated earlier, but I gather it was too advanced to treat by the time they arrived in an American hospital.


... regular flu is still more common than this still.

Yea I heard that on the news this morning, saying it's getting worse, trying to make people even MORE paranoid. The fact that an infant died, while incredibly sad, isn't shocking. Same thing is if an elderly person had died. Immune systems that aren't as good.
 
You all realize this is just "African rabies" and Z-day is fast approaching, right?

Yeah the article I read also said that the infant had other underlying health issues that contributed.

The really funny thing is that they have yet to find a pig that actually has this flu, so it's not a "swine" flu, it's just a flu lol. Gotta love the clarity of the media.

Edit to clarify:

The World Organisation for Animal Health said on Monday that the name swine flu is a misnomer as the deadly virus has origins among birds and humans as well as pigs.

Israel refuse to call it the Swine Flu, because pigs are dirty and they are a forbidden food.

Why they refuse to call it Swine Flu for this reason I do not know, as it technically should prove that swines are dirty animals and forbidden to eat even more.

More than likely don't want a disease that humans can contract (including them - people who don't eat pig) to be contributed to being in contact with a pig.
