In all seriousness, the Jeuno tax is really a failed tactic at defending against price gouging which has resulted in nothing more than a shift to black market mentality where high-end items are shunted away from public view and into the hands of high sellers and high buyers. This impedance of free and easy trade is similar to Africa's supply/demand mismatch dilemma, and is a primary cause of the functional mass-starvation we are seeing in the server's open market economy. The developer's current stance is to bleed the server with high-priced NPC items. This will yet again compound the problem as currency is drained from the common player, into the hands of the uppermost echelons of players, and out of the economy. This new tactic combined with the old taxation will inevitably result in the impoverishment of the common player as gil deflation selectively destroys them in a bedlam of broken capitalism amid explosion of economic imperfusion.
