<Taking a break>

Alot of people quit to go play EQ2 and WoW. I myself have grown tired of the same chore that is FFXI.....but....I am not going to quit and delete my character forever, I think that might be too hasty for me. I am not much of an everquest fan, I love warcraft in general, and am tired of FFXI.

I am going to temporarily leave this game for a month or two, before the third reich....I mean SE deletes my character for me. I want to discover new games, new environments, and new people. I will be back, either to continue playing from where I left off because WoW wasn't the game for me.....or to give out all my hard earned items and be rid of this game.


I'll continue to post on this forum, but for now, adios!

it happens with every game, people quit for others and then they get tired of those too. lol ah well :)

i dont ever wanna go thru all the stuff ive done for FFXI so i wont be quitting at all........

I know how you feel though - when it starts feeling like a job, then you need a break. I used to play a lot more than I do now...then I realized that it was more fun only playing a few times a week (even though leveling is slow as hell that way ;)) and reserving other nights for actual real life fun.

This game is addicting...and that's cool. But missing out on other things in life that make you happy - just so you can say that you are a "Level 75 Whatever" is sorta screwy.

***Hope you can come back in moderation or whatever...you are good peeps. :)

Awwww I'm touched by all these posts. <3

On another note, WoW knocked my socks off, but I can tell you all right now, at the pace that I am going, WoW will get boring by the time I planned so I SHOULD be back. I am already a lvl 10 mage, and I got that yesterday on my 2nd day playing! :shock:
