taruraru ls.. unthinkable

RMT is wrong, these guys though? Fine, full CoP/Rostrum/AF2 in an LS? That's a lot of ass busting.

Any LS who had 5 different people to play each character could have this. That is not ass busting.

People complain so much, I've met them and they seem damn fine. If that's a gil seller, where are the rest?
Seems to me this LS of "evil machine people" are better players AND people than the majority of FFXI.
Nice.. yes, keep stoning them and showing who the real "evil game wreckers" are.
Who ruins the game? The assholes who play it.

do you spend all of your time ranting on other people over issues that have either a) been settled a long time ago or b) were dropped and are sensitive to the person and/or server? :spiteful:

Gilsellers or not... One alliance beating windurst is a great test of skill. And if each player is playing a couple of those characters at once-- I'd venture to say that we as NA are not playing to our full potential.

Like Raivyn said, I don't think we have much to be concerned with on the issue of coins. The players who sell their coins to compinsate the prices of their consumables and other things will possibly see that their coins are not netting them the same amount of profit as they used to. This will most likely help players who are looking to upgrade their relic. The price of coin will lower or remain steady depending on how many decide to upgrade. The gilsellers are just eliminating the middle-man so to speak for players who are buying gil to spend on their relic upgrade-- and thus, they are just being paid to farm and not really causing any more harm than any other new shell entering dynamis. ;o *shrugs*

STOP USING YOUR REASON. IT HURTS TEH MIND.

You are aware that more coins on the market = lower prices per coin, yes? Dear god, if only they would focus on dynamis and do nothing else.

I wish it worked this well in-game like it does in real-life.

I gotta disagree there... First off, Batallia Downs isn't the same as the AH, people can't see the number of coins for sale unless they're really looking. Most relic upgraders pay whatever they find coins for, though the cheaper ones do sell first. If gilsellers are willing to jack prices through the roof on other items, why not coins? (see Angle's attempt to sell a Kracken for 150 mil, which jumped up to 300 mil if you offered to buy it) Now of course the oppisite is possible, that the coin market will level out when gilsellers start coming in and selling coins for a flat rate in massive quantities. But somehow... I dont' see that happening.

And more importantly, that alliance had a distinct advantage, being gilsellers... voice communication. They're sitting in the same room, don't even need headsets, just yell "<Timed nuke at 22:50!>". We are playing to our full potential (or at least near it), it's just that they have a level of communication completely unavailable to a normal dynamis shell.

hating gil sellers is some seriously misdirected anger in almost every aspect, i can understand if they MPK or do other shitty things to be furious with them, but i can understand where they are coming from aswell, imagine the poverty that surrounds these guys, the scarcity of jobs, etc

if you are american and you think these guys are dicks for jumping at the chance to make some money, you are extremly foolish. america is all about capitalism, taking advantage of available markets. and thats what these guys are doing, and guess who the market is? lazy americans with more money than time, these guys have more time than money. they aren't the cause of gil selling, they are merly satisfing the insatiable desire of americans to have more shit

i feel sorry for every chinese person or any other citizen of a communist country who's goverment doesn't properly serve them. these guys are just trying to survive. if your survival depended on something, what would you do? would you even think twice about MPKing or being a dick in a video game if it meant you could take a shower and have something to eat?

im not an advocate for these guys, but i don't hate them, and if all they do is sell gil, then i don't see a problem with them. anyone who MPKs or does shitty things to others to further themselves in the game is an asshole, but really, what does it matter, i mean tons of mega rich americans got their wealth by not being such nice people after all and they are celebrated for their success

and Drug dealers are just making money off the fact that people are stupid enough to hurt themselves just to see purple dots fly around.
Gilsellers are the Drug Dealers of the internet.

Dont hate the sellers, hate the buyers? The sellers are doing a job to survive. The buyers are lazy people who dont work for their stuff.
0 buyers = 0 sellers.
Concept.

funny thing is majority of them are not mean or mpk. There are some that do but it been shown here that people mpk them countless time as well. People try to catigorize all gil seller by a small porsion of them. I bet they love there job they get to play a game and get payed to do it. they even tried to make alliance and team up with none seller ie salute II. As for the raiseing prices if I remeber right the first people to raise the coins to 50k a pop was them jp players. though you say gil seller are not people they are. In the pass there was many bot sellers but alot of them have since perished. It just go back to people on this server that are to lazy and have to much greed.

Gilsellers can get a different job. Doing a job that involves breaking rules like Square's User Agreement, is wrong.

I know alot of poor ppl who used to be homeless but are on their way back up....slowly though. None of them probably even ever heard of gilselling.

Oh, and to add....that I know it is much harder to make money for those people in China then it would be in America. But, I still stand by what I said.

I can assure....their very lives probably dont depend on being able to sell gil. Thats kinda over doing it dont you think?

Who would buy gil if no one sold it?

I'm sorry but youre mixed up there.

and bumping the prices of coins, causing dynamis schedule conflicts..

Coins? Who cares? Nobody has to buy them.

However, the scheduling presents problems. Most every shell is familiar with other shells' schedules and they work with each other so as not to step on toes.

I seriously doubt they'll listen to anything any shell has to say.
"But we do this every week and have our schedule planned 3 months in advance."
"<Dynamis-xxx> <mine> <leave> <death> <you can have this>"

My experiences with these people has been a bad one. I admit they are people, but fuck em'. They're in the way. They exist to run a business out of a game, affecting honest gamers' experiences in a negative way.

selling gil is like being a hitman. if you're caught red handed doing it you'll probably be sued, fined, or maybe even sent to jail. it's illegal.
