Announcement Temporary Banned User - New Usergroup

Going with some of the constructive talks myself and Miros have had with some users, we have implemented a new usergroup for Temporary Banned Users.

No more confusion on weather a user is permanently banned, temporarily banned, or just on Read Only.

Its gonna take some work to get the infraction system to cooperate with our new usergroup but we've got a start.

No it's not. ~_~ You get to choose the banned usergroup to put a person in when they are going to get banned. Silly Make.

The only difference is it says "Temporary Banned User" as title instead of "Perma-banned"
