Is there any way to remore Terror status? Or is there an item that helps resist it or anything like that?

I believe the only thing you can do is to wait for it to wear off on it's own. Although, only a few mobs use that ability, so it shouldn't come up that much.
Terror status? Wtf is that? That new or something?
Lol, nah, it's not new, just very few mobs use it. My CoP static is on 4-2 and the dragon for that mission can use it. It's pretty nasty too. That's why I was wondering if there was any way around it.

I heard that if you Use Divine seal with Erase on a Full moon During the day only on Lightsday, and it has to be an odd numbered year and an even numbered day with an odd number of people in your party and the mage casting erase has to be an even numbered level, it will still have absolutely no effect on Terror.
Chances are though, if you try that, It will have gone away by then anyway, so give it a shot.
