Who cares what you spent the time doing. If you had fun, it isn't a "waist" (lol, waste).

Wasting time is when you accomplish nothing, nothing at all. Having fun is not a waste of time, regardless how it's accomplished (barring harmful activities, of course...).

imma have to agree with tang here. these games are made for a reason. for the enjoyment of playing them. if people didnt like games they wouldnt exist.

granted it can be taken to far, but that goes for all hobbies & games. lets take gambling for example. there are hotlines for people with gambling addictions. but not everyone becomes addicted. another example, Football. football fans will beat the shit out of each other and smile about the hostility simply cause they love their team and not yours. but not all do this. why? like tim said, by practicing self-control.
