To get a scroll of Teleport Vahzl for a 42 WHM, you need to obtain a Fei'Yin chest key and open a chest after flagging the quest. From what I read on ffxiclopedia, the key drop is very rare.
Being the stubborn and independent adventurer that I am, I did an outpost teleport to Beaucedine Glacier as a 37 WHM and found my way to Fei'Yin alone. Once inside, I sent a few /sh looking for help with the key. No luck. Soloing for key drops was not an option.
In what was nothing short of a miracle, Helix contacted me out of blue asking me if I needed help knowing that I had talked about visiting Fei'Yin earlier. Helix didn't stop there though... he brought 3 more of his 74-75 level friends to litterally clean Fei'Yin out for good.
We got a key drop on the 3rd kill. We even passed a chest on our way in which I was able to open.
I'm still in shock for how quick it was. Thank you again Helix and your friends too. I have all of my teleport scrolls now!
