Hey i'm back with another thread of me bitching, If you don't like it fuck off. If you are interested keep reading.

Okay so i'm driving to School today after renewing my license(Yay there was a waste of a 1000 dollars). So i'm in the left turning lane about to turn into the school parking lot. Now there are 2 cars in the other lane.

So i get near the drivers side door of Car 2 then out of no where Car 2 decides to pull into my lane without looking over his shoulder. That fucker side swiped my truck breaking the front and back bumpers and the 2 passenger doors. I'd say about 2500 dollars of dmg to my Truck. the Dmg to his truck was about 10 dollars.

So i've never been in a accendent before now. I don't know how this works or anything. So all i do is get his license number, name, phone number. he never once offered me his insurance. When i get to school, i call the guy and tell him i forgot his insurance. Now he refused to tell me it or come to the school and show me it. then he went off yelling about some shit, i unno. so after about 5 min of him yelling i did something i have never done in my life to a grown adult. I told him to shut the fuck up, i did that a few times till he did stfu then he threated to beat the shit out of me. I told him if i don't get the insurance i'm going to the cops. Blah blah blah, I hang up.


So i call my mom to tell her what happened.... Now before i go on most of you know my mom is a bitch who will do anything to make me feel bad and turn it into my fault. So She puts me on hold, calls somewhere and tells me that the check she gave me to renew my license didn't do through. so i was driving with out a license. So as i learned in drivers ed, the person without a license is a 100% at fault. So she puts me on hold again and i shout FUCK in school. I talk to her, she tells me she isn't covering it. so now i had to drive around the city and find a way to get 1000 dollars and renew before this guy finds out.

So i spent like 6 hours driving around the city talking to every gangster i never knew who could help me out.(Believe it or not, i may be a nerd but for some reason i know like half my citys thugs) So that turned out to be a no go, So i go home, gather up anything and everything i own to try and pawn it off. well all my electronics are broken because of my little fucking brother. When i was in the hospital he decided to have a little party or something and broke all my shit. So i wasted an hour and half picking up that shit.

Then i call my mom tell her i tried everything i could do. She goes off on a rant about how i'm killing myself and making my lung transplant that much closer. So i freaked out on her. I said shit i never thought i'd ever say. It was like another person was speaking to her. So after all that she calmly says to me.

"If you called me two hours ago i had money for you but now you can fucking rot"

I went off on her again. then after about an hour and a half of wasted yelling she tells me she'll get the money. So i had to spent the next hour driving all around town fixing everything before 3 o clock cause that's when i was meeting the cops(i think i forgot to say after i told the guy to shut the fuck up he went to the cops) So i'm in a panic, i get everything done. and now i am still being told i will lose my truck and have to pay for all the dmgs. and ontop of that my mom is threating to kick me out, call the cops and have me put in a metal instatution cause.....well i don't know why exactly.

Oh and did i mention when i went to get my 400 dollars sun glasses tp pawn for money from my little brother who stole then he punched me in my rips so now it hurts to breath.

And i don't give a shit if my spelling is bad atm, i'm in pain, i have a headache like you wouldn't beleive and i can't sleep. So all you grammer nazis FUCK OFF

I would seriously consider face-fucking your mother with a screwdriver.

Maybe just poison your brother.
 
Just tell the cops the truth. Tell them you tried renewing your license but your mother's check didnt go through. It should convince them that you shouldn't be faulted for that. You should just tell them that your statement was justified because he ranted and threatened to inflict physical harm to you. If you can pull it off, I see your mother in jail, your bro sent to Juve, and the guy who hit you paying you the money in damages. You aren't in as deep a shithole as you thought. If you go through with the truth, you will be independent with like $3000 in hand.
 
when i got the 600 dollar ticket for owning an uninsured car because my mom forgot to pay the insurance. I told the cops that, you know what happened? they let Marajade off with a warning and gave me the fucking ticket. Cops fucking suck. Also the guy that hit me is like a redneck who hits his wife. I won't be getting any money from him in any shape or form. And everyone knows that since i got my license renewed AFTER the accident i am still at fault cause the insurance people suck that way.

Can't. No money. No job. Waiting on my mom till fill out the final parts of my disablity papers but she refuses to since she likes having power over money. maybe one day i'll get lucky and will a million dollars but till then i'm in hell.

If she's really screwing you over b/c of that, you can file for emancipation. I think it is only for when you're under 18 (Not sure if that's you). If you're not, then you should legally be an adult and should be able to file the disability stuff without her.

I definitely agree moving out seems like the best option, tough though it may be. If you can get emancipated and money through disability, that's probably the safest bet imo.

Seriously, I'd beat the shit out of my brother, and I'm not the fightign type either. If my brother broke my shit, and stole something from me, he better be prepared to either pay up or get beaten up.

And your mom sounds like she's constantly trying to provoke you ~.~ First saying she didn't have them, then say "Well, I did have them, but not now by the way you acted!". You don't deserve to be treated the way you seem to be treated, so I'd say you should try to move out ASAP =/

Before an incident about four years ago I would agree with telling the cops the truth. However, my brother followed "the truth shall set you free" concept and ended up getting arrested for breaking a windshield.

It all came to a bitter sweet end when my brother's lawyer proved in court that the plaintiff was lying. The best part though was when my brother's lawer caught not one but two cops in lies on the stand. Since that incident and others that preceeded it I TRUST NO COPS unless I know them personally.

I say the end was was bitter sweet because it would have been cheaper for my brother to pay for the windshield and the court fees rather than hire an attourney.

Sometimes its the principal of the matter rather than the overall cost of two solutions at hand.
 
Leaving the scene of an accident without providing insurance information is a "hit and run" in California. I would imagine its the same in your state. The guy should be in jail.

Unless you're planning on using your brother's organs I see nothing wrong with a sensible lashing. Show some mercy and explain you are only hitting him for every lost nickle instead of every cent. He'll appreciate it when you're done and remind him that it could have gone on 5 times longer.
 
Did you finaly take your road test? Because if you didnt, then you cant file a report and get insurance from the guy who hit you. Well, you could. You'd just get arrested tho.

I'm not saying violence is the answer to everything.
You need to make changes though.
And in this case, if one of those changes is you clocking your brother, that might be a good thing. Sometimes you need to speak the language that others actually understand...The language you are speaking to your brother isn't working. Speak to him in a way he can't mistake or ignore.
Knock him on his ass and tell him fuck you...He'll understand that.

Another good change would just be to get the hell away from your family. They are causing you nothing but strife.
