Reminds me of a funny story. My friends and I were sitting around talking at a diner and this conversation comes up about how cell phones had just got banned for use while driving in CT. The topic changes, and this is pretty much what was said:

Rob: Did you know that oral sex is illegal in NY? I love breaking the law...
Me: Wow, I'm glad that's a difficult law to enforce.
Jon: Wait... While driving or all the time?
