This morning, I finally got to 25/25 on Assault Mission points, and I went home over lunch and did the promo quest so I'm now a Second Lieutanant. Whew!

Although I still have some merits I can cap and some equipment I'd like to acquire (shocking to those of you who know me as the Gear Ho I truly am), in terms of fights I can do, I think I'm getting pretty close.

I can now:

Assist in all nation rank missions (Rank 10, all nations)
Assist in all ToAU, Mercenary, CoP and Zilart missions and quests
Fight all ENMS, KSNMs, BCNMs (I think)
Guide people (75/75 maps)

Enter all areas save:

Dynamis Tavnazia (need wins in Dynamis-Valkurm and Qufim)
Nyzul Isle Assault areas, maybe (dunno, haven't done em)
Salvage Areas, maybe (I've done about 6 salvage, still not up to speed on em)
Einherjar areas (the new stuff from last upgrade - haven't participated yet)


Many people to thank - some from way back, like Mistra, Naughtydawg and Domi, and DeNiro, some always like Kinkkerbelle, Tsumi, Klop and Dominatrix, many, many, more recently, like GodofDeath, Fizzywig, Daddywarbucks, Chronofantasy, Rhyss, Tsumi, Klop, Isollde. The list is a long one and I wish I could put everyone's name down who deserves my thanks, ... there's a whole bunch of good people in this game and on our server.

It feels good to have caught the sweet spot of the wave... and it's very humbling at the same time.

Well, congrats in the first place for being pretty high up there in the game quest/mission wise. that takes some time i imagine.

and, are you offering help?

Congrats though. You were an awesome person to static with.

lol, sometimes assisting can be a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience. I'm not too good at "pick-up" assists, but if someone schedules something with me in advance, I'm usually happy to help.

Some thoughts on that are:

1. Enlisting Kink's active support and participation is always helpful 8) (I like doing things with my hunny)
2. I'm not good at "pick-up" or "hijack" assists (specially if I'm meriting, etc.)
3. Scheduled shell or static events come first
4. Its a lot better to set something up in advance for a specific time, through pms here or some other way
5. I have many friends and many many people who have helped me in the past. Helping them is an honor and a privilege.
6. The more fun both the fights and the folks are, the better it gets!
7. According to Kinkkerbelle, the "stripassistpull" method works very well with me, as long as the puller is a cute Mithra (not manthra, thank you), or elvan, hume or taru femme (hmmm... Isollde, Seikatsu, Kairiboo, Tsavi, Dominatrix, Meghan, omg... the list goes on forever!)

lol look in my sig! My thank you to Blackcurrent has been there since we finished em, bro! And btw, Makelith is one of the steadiest and most reliable static members a person could ever hope to have with!
 
Grats, and seeing fire as anything but whm would just be weird to see.

If it weren't for fire I wouldn't have a map of rivine area still lol (cop static did it but fire pressed the matter :p)
 
Congrats fire!!! Thats awesome!! As for leveling another job... Don't!! lol you're by far one of the best WHM's out there in my opinion. Thanks for giving me the "whm's only" secrets too!! lol "Stripassistpulling" lol!! Anyways congrats again!! Miss both you and Kink hope you're doing well =)
