I decided to give myself a day to cool off before I posted this topic, as the event had me quite angry and I probably would of cursed a bit too much even for my own liking lol. We all have our bad parties, a know-it-all who makes the leveling session frusturating, someone who goes afk every 2 minutes, over nuking black mages, white mages who erase themselves and noone else, thieves who can't get behind for sata, a ninja who doesnt use ninjutsu, golly the list could go on for ages!
But -NEVER- in my 2 years of playing Final Fantasy 11 have I -ever- experienced the kind of treatement I was put through yesterday. This person was selfish, hateful, mean, and all for his own greedy reasons. I'm a Ninja/Warrior, currently lvl 55. In parties, I execute my roll as tank with ease and never slack on the ninjutsu. I have put off leveling my job at any time if I was missing any piece of gear that would make me lack in my job, and even in parties who waste my money, have I ever complained. Sure it aggrivates me that I can spend about 50k in tools before I leave for a party and right off the bat I'm having trigger happy rangers and power hungry black mages, forcing me to use all the ninjutsu I have within thier cool down times, buuuut thats the job ya know? You can't start a job that takes money only to turn around and bitch about it. :roll:
Anyway, yesterday I got invited to a war,rng, nin, smn, blm, brd party. It was pretty decent, and Sabia was there so I got to meet here and that was fun =3. The beginning of my aggrivation came form the ranger disbanding in the middle of chains for ten minutes at a time to lot on Francheska. I could see a one minute disband AFTER ASKING, but no he would just two hour to kill off the mob (what a waste) then disband without so much as a word as why, and then stand there for five-ten minutes commenting about "his lot and who elses". I understand this is a great thing for ranger and so did everyone else so we were pretty nice and cheered him on and such. The warrior DC'ed so we disbanded.
Thirty minutes later I come back from a shower and see alot of invites on my screen, and since he was the only person I had just partied with, I took the invite. Between him and leader they go afk randomly for 45 minutes. It was stupid, to say the least. We end up all going to Zitah to wait. Twenty minutes later the leader, Locohaze, is still in Jeuno. So the black mage, Shiutou, and I give him three minutes to get back form AFK or we'll get a thief. I was all for it becuase I, as a ninja, looooooveee my thieves. Holding hate against certain jobs is very difficult for me without one. So whiel we're waiting, Shiutou and I enter into the Boyhada tree at the secret entrance and he tells me lets take a crab. Mind you crabs are IT++ to me lol but I'm always up for a little bit of excitement, and we had nothing better to do. We're fighting and the thief has just entered Zi'tah. No biggie, we'll be done soon. Shiutou was casting freeze then zoning and coming back lol it was kinda funny. THEN he's out of mp and I hit lag, whoops there went my shadows. We died. Still having fun.
Then the ranger comes back form another unannounced AFK and starts cursing at us for dying saying we're "fucking retarded" and "wasting everyones time" HAHA buddy, who's been wasting -my- time for an hour? We tell him to stop whining and get our raise, on our way.
We get to the camp, after picking up the theif from the front. The ranger tells the thief to leave for three fights so his galka friend can get 300 exp and lvl. I found that kind of rude. Sure the galka was nice, but you dont tell a certain person to leave and miss out on exp after they traveled all that way, you ASK. Its common sense. Never the less I keep my mouth shut becuase I really just wanted to level. We start fighting, get hte galka his level, he disbands. I'm -overjoyed- to have a thief. So he enters the party and the ranger tells me I'm not getting SATA
Wait, what? No SATA?
who the hell tells a thief not to SATA? /stagger. So I ask how come I can't have it at the beginning and the ranger says becuase he doesnt want to use the shihei for it. /double stagger. So I say in party chat "..." "/em dies." and we start fighting. Randomly through the battle he says "If you can't hold hate for 50% health, get the fuck out." Ok that was nice, considering he saw me hold hate for 100% health the entire time we partied together earlier. Sure the mob turns when a taru ancient magic bursts on a skill chain, theres no way I'm getting it off him then! buuuut I hold hate reasonably well.
His comment of course aggrivated me and I said "You bother me greatly." Nothing offensive, it even made the rest of the party laugh. The ranger said another comment that I can't quite remember, something to insinuate that I couldn't hold hate without SATA. So I said "Hey don't be an ass, your the one making this hard on me and my bank by not wanting to use your ninjutsu, just keep that in mind
lol" Obviously we arent seeing eye to eye but we continue to fight. Two fights later theres a paladin standing next to us, and I get suspicious. Shiutou sends me a tell "No D2??" and I look over and I'm not in party anymore.
No Warning.
At this point I am beyond pissed. I did NOT use a 5k food item for a 20 minute shitty party to be thrown to the side without any justice to me, because the ranger didn't see eye to eye with me.
Shiutou disbands immediatly (because he is so awesome like that) and invites me to party. The ranger says in /say "Sorry babe you didn't want to party with me, too bad we couldn't of solved this civily (he spelled that wrong)" Wait wait, someone tell me how going behind someone else's back and replacing them without any warning, THEN making it seem to the rest of the party that I disbanded on my own accord, is CIVIL!
But we're not over yet. He sends me tells saying that "the blm told me in tells that you said I was a dumbass for asking the thf to be hasted, so fuck you. I dont like whiney bitches who talk bad about me behind my back" the BLM is a bit of a friend, and I know for a fact that he wouldn't say that. AND its funny that he makes up that topic since I really dont give a shit who gets hasted, for one. And for two, there was never even A TOPIC ABOUT HASTE. I argue with him for about five minutes. He goes from saying I said this to I said that, to saying I'm not civil again.
Allow me to point something out to you, Precision!
Civil, is talking over your problem with the person you arent getting along with. Civil, is NOT replacing them after they've been waiting on your ass for a good hour an a half. And Civil, isn't booting someone over your own egotistical reasons, then forcing THE OTHER FIVE MEMBERS OF THE PARTY TO HAVE DOWNTIME FOR A GOOD THIRTY MINUTES! The PLD did send me a tell, saying he had no idea what the leader was doing, just came to party. He said sorry, and he felt bad he took my place. So I was glad to see there was only -one- asshole in this deed, and I hold no hard feelings against the paladin.
I have proof of all this, god I love fraps. So if anyone questions what happens, or he decides to make an appearance and once again tell me things that didn't happen, I'll gladly post them.
Whole point of this topic is pretty much to rant, and tell everyone not to give leader over to this guy. His name is Precision and he's a trigger happy self absorbed child. He'll make judgements not based on whats good for the party, but what he thinks is good for him. And anyone of that nature to me, shouldn't even be a party member. Sorry for the horribly long post. Just needed to tell what happened lol.
