I think Razerratic and this douche must be twin brothers. Razerratic now has to make all his own parties, due to the fact that he has proven to be a dipship not only to me, and my party, but everyone on the server. I think both of these fuckers belong together forever. :D

I was in the party, i'm guessing after the fiasco, with Kari the NIN and Precision the RNG. Im not 100% sure about how i'm stating this, but i'm very impartial because I wasnt there. But here is my 2 cents.

I joined the PT afterwads I guess, since we had the PLD and its stated that this was after the PLD joined. But to be honest, I dont think its fair to bash him w/o giving all 100% of the details. You say that Pre said the THF was never to SATA, but to my knowlege, that is not true at all. From what the PT was telling me about him/situation, he was having the THF seperate SA and TA from the incomming pull. Which to me doesnt seem like that big of a deal, I mean, sure you miss out on some DMG, but I was told how you all were working the mobs, was that he would pull, you would get TA for some hate, then a 'stand alone' TA from behind. Then about 1min irl time later, when the mob had 60-70% HP left, he would Slug-Shot then SATAVB then MB with ancient magic and the mob would be dead or super close. This is what I was told you all were doing b4 me and the PLD.

To be honest, I dont see anything wrong with that if the chain isnt suffering or no one is getting hurt. So y he was in your face or you were in his about that situation, I dont know, cuz i've been in PTs where that works just fine. Now maybe if you were really struggling with hate, SATA would be fine if hate was a problem or he was being a dumbass for spamming bullets, but no one gave me those details so for arguements sake, lets pretend you held hate fine with just TA. After reading this, I just dont feel it fair to call him names just for seperating SA and TA if you were holding hate fine and only had to for like a min anyways. But like I said, I wasnt actually there, only given details by the PT because of what just happened. I feel that if it was working, y argue.

The details about him kicking you or you leaving, I have no say on cuz I was definately there after that. Maybe if he kicked you, it makes him an ass to you, but that doesnt mean hes a crappy RNG or anything. Personally, if I was lead (being DRK i'm usually not) I would have set you up with another pt and waited for you to get one then disband you and we could go our seperate ways, because a PT just wont work right if ppl are arguing.

Also I cant justify his attitude, but maybe he was on edge because of his sister. Only about 45 min after I joined he had to leave immediately because his sister was in the hospital and he had finally gotten the OK to go see her. Prolly doesnt justify him being rude, but sometimes ppl act out of character becuase of this. I'm not saying hes not a jerk, but maybe he was just being a dick becuase of irl shit. It happens to me all the time. I'll send him a /tell and maybe this guy can at least settle this. Sorry Kari for him being a jerk, and hope your PTs are better.

But i'm a sucker to see ppl get along, cuz being a DRK i'm just so used to ripping things apart. Maybe he'll try to apologize to you, maybe not. LOL if he's blisted then we'll never know.

Before 60, I belive, the sepperate TA is not that great....

It doesnt make him a bad RNG if he refuses to use NIN tools??? ..... Ok I wont use my MP cuz it takes long to recover it all...... Not only does it make him a bad RNG, but even a WORSE human being.

You thinking Ancient Magic is good also ..... yea I wont go there.

I guess an all out BLACKLIST from everyone is in order for this prick. Unless of course you want to waste a couple hours of your life waiting for some dumb prick to get his shit together and then backstab you.

Kari was very distraught after the way she was treated, and I trust her more than anything, so if she says that this Ranger fellow was not only ignorant and rude, but he didn't even want to use gil for his job (Um... Ranger... Arrows... not even gonna touch that)... Then I believe her 100%.

Kari really goes to the extremes of her job, because she wants it to be the best that it can be.
And then there are people like this Precision character who don't want to 'waste their gil' to make the party move smoother and more efficiently.

On top of that, he made Kari upset, which does not sit well in my book. In fact, it makes me angry at this guy.

But, like Kari said, I won't stoop to his level. I just hope people realize the kind of person they're playing with once they read this, and decide to /blist him too.

And as an aside...
No SATA from the Thief? As a thief, I take offense to that. Pre 60 TA is really very unreliable, and limiting a 30+ thief to only SA... Is... down right wrong.

To the guy who posted in Precision's defense, I think Falsey told you off pretty well. Heres a couple of questions for you:

A. Were you there?

B. Why would I get so hell bent out of shape if I was getting what I wanted out of the thief?

Most of your post was just rambling and you basically repeating: "I wasnt there, so I'm not on anyone's side, but this is what happened, and your wrong." Continuesly. And as Falsey also pointed out, the guy could of easily been lying. Was the EXP good? Or was it slacking? I've already told how self-absorbed the guy is and who's to say he just didn't want to ditch you guys and go do something else, so he came up with some pity story so he wouldn't have to find a replacement and wait around.

Anyone who knows me, knows I do my best to work with people whether I get along with them or what not. I could of left when I had to wait for an hour on his AFK this AFK that, I could of left when he called me names (so dont paint this picture perfect image of him, as if he was innocent and I shouldnt say anything negative about him. In all fairness and as childish as it sounds, he started it ;D ) And I could of left when he told me to "get the fuck out the party if I could'nt hold hate."

But do you know why I didn't? Because when you are in a party, you can't just think about yourself. There are five other people there with you and to just up and ditch them over a frusturating matter with one other member is just down right rude. Same way he booted me because he didn't like the fact that I was calling him out about not letting the THF SATA. -That- was rude. And thats all there is too it.

Two things I see wrong there. I did not LEAVE, I was -booted-. So now that has been said and done with and you dont have to question it anymore. Secondly, if -you- boot someone because you dont want to use your tools and they dont think thats right, so they do a simple "/dies" emote, then my friend, you are in the same ball park as this guy.

I do apologize for coming off harsh in my response to you, if your intentions were good then I do apologize more so. But I really don't appreciate someone who WASNT there, coming here, posting that they didnt know what happened but telling the story in such a way that it makes me seem like I'm lying. If I was lying, golly, I have a pretty sadistic imagination to just pick some random guy out and come up with a plot like this. I should write day time soap's. :lol:

As for the other members of the party, I do not remember all of thier names. You say I shouldn't bash them without 100% facts well I gave them to you in the first post of mine. I did not, however, bash the paladin, or anyone else besides the ranger. The PLD, WHM, THF, all sent me tells apologizing many times because they couldn't believe what an ass Precision was doing. The WHM and the THF were even going to disband and join me but did'nt want to screw over the RDM or the PLD. Which I totally respect. So besides the RNG, theres noone else you could of gotten a turned around version of the story from =3.

Sometimes its best not to believe everything you hear ;p Believe me or don't, as long as I know the truth and atleast someone has listened to me and are warned about this guy, then I am happy. I thank everyone who posts back about this too lol I was really bummed about it and wasn't going to party ninja for a while, but seeing the responses have made my worries go away =3

Hehe, not arguing that, UNLESS you have a melee to bridge the 2 together, as in 2 seperate SCs, Samurai. It's not often you see post 60 parties without blm though, or at least a smn which can do decent MBs. Gotta love your party blm :D
 
Actually, I've been in a lot of 60+ parties without blm, so it's not that uncommon; but yeah, spliting up sata pre-assassin is pointless.

worse that pointless, it doesnt do anything at all. Pre-Assasin, useing TA only does a normal hit to the mob, or can miss.

also, someone stated that he didnt want SATA becaue they were doing a Slugshot>>VB SC halfway through, and Bursting it with AM. And with a PLD, this works. However, with a NIN, this is the most unstable setup you can have, because without the solid hate-base at the start of the fight, a NIN WILL loose hate to a BLM, if he even casts slightly too much, or if the ranger gets more criticals than usual. also, one SATAVB isnt gonna put enough hate to hold through an AM burst, it just doesnt happen, and Kari, if you were able to hold that hate, you deserve a medal or somthing.
 
The BLM couldn't even regular magic burst without it turning (even if it was for a split second) and with Ancient Magic going off for 1500, the poor guy was a goner for sure. Vokes, spamming elemental Ni spells, even recasting debuffs on the mob that I damn well knew were still good, didn't get him off.

It was pretty much hope to god that the MB kills it or do a mad dash of everyone running around like chickens with thier heads cut off trying to get hate off the poor tarus. =/ Besides getting mad about the whole not letting me get hate control becuase of the shihei issue, putting everyone in danger also pissed me off. -_-
 
Shihei shouldn't even be an issue for a ranger. If they're pulling then they can expect to use a good amount. But this guy trying to minimize the number of shihei is just inexcusable.

1. Use shihei before pull
2. Use utsusemi for SATA set up
3. Use utsusemi maybe 1x in fight

Yes, you burn a lot of shihei, but earning good exp is worth the extra 140 gil you spend. So many rangers these days...
 
Shiutou had said before the party started "some rng's can be the biggest ass's but will still get party invites from the same people day after day" and I understand that now :?
