Now that I would like to give a go! Perhaps a GM would allow such a pty to terget precision for some PK fun.... and thus the BLMs would.. BURN THE ASSHAT!!!

Not really, BLM X 5 and a BRD is best set up or BLM X 4 with RDM and BRD. After the first nuke the PLD is a worthless moocher.

And back on topic this RNG sounds like a cheap bastard. Don't lvl RNG if you can't pay for it.
