Ok... Seriously... This is THE best baseball game out there. This is just incredible.. Everything feels so aggresive. From bating stances and grunts the players make. Pitchers celebrations to the movement on pitches and how the whip with power lol. You are awarded turbo for certain things depending on offense or defense. The turbo can be used to increase next pitch, next swing, base speed, throws or amazing sick dives and jumps. There is also(i dont know what its called lol) like a special meter. Gaining points from success offensive or defensive you increase special meter. This just makes the game too fun. Fire ball Homeruns that shatter the scoreboard... wtf lol. There is also like a hitting mode where you are in timesquare hitting targets for points lol. Also it has HR durby >.>
The char create is pretty cool also, the commentary kinda focuses on you. Check it out^^ PS3 and 360.
EDIT: Wanted to add link to videos. kinda must see the game in action lol.

Actually to tell you the truth I was thinking about getting the Wii version. The graphics aren't as crisp (yet, lol, the time will come) but the ability to use movement on a sports game just makes me not want to get those achievements.

Did you mean at some time the graphics will catch up? Not;;

People care about achievements? If they meant anything i would maybe care, but they basically mean jack shit.

The achievements have made me play some games i wouldnt have, more. They dont work well with all games. And they dont work well when devs just make some bs ones. But when they are decent i try to get them, sometimes increasing playtime on certain games hours.. Ask anyone here that tried crackdown achievements how long it extended their playtime.

Bah, Crackdown. ^^ Well, I spend more time playing games to get achievements. I don't have a lot of time to play games like Zelda of Kingdom Hearts, so when I'm bored with nothing to do I'll set aside some time to unlock a specific achievement. I think it's a great system too, since most of my friends have 360s and we compete with out gamer score. I honestly wish NIntendo was a bit more like Microsoft in this aspect. I understand their "friends and family" approach to the message board. (And use it daily for my friends and family; better than hanging stuff on the fridge since no one notices it!) But I would like to show them how far I got in Rayman. I'd like to show them how good I did in Legend of Zelda. ^^
Ah well. No big deal.

I never said they'd catch up, Osyrus. ^_^ I just meant that they're getting better and better. Especially when SquareEnix makes a game for it. FFCC:CB will be absolutely awesome graphically. So will Mario Galaxy. If they can make the DS look almost as good as a PS2, then goddamn they can make the Wii shine like the gold.

p.s. I believe the BIGs for the Wii will have online play too. Goddamn I hope so! lol

You're one of very few. While they aren't important, they add a lot of reasoning why most people will spend so much time on a game. Some of us are very competitive when it comes to games... probably over competitive. So these are another reason for us to spend out money on a Xbox 360 version.
