The Chronicles of Spellborn

[Tyrath]

I just happened upon this upcoming MMO while looking for stuff by Within Temptation music band >.>

It seems they did a 3 song contract with the makers of the MMO. One of the songs is used in the trailer of the game, with their singer being in half the playtime xD It can be viewed at the following link, but you have to sign up.

An IGN preview available here:

Things said in the preview seem pretty promising. Its supposedly for the casual players, therefore it will be more skill based rather than who's played longer to have better gear.

Supposed to be coming later this year.

Been in the beta for this game a little over a year now. It still has a lot of work to go still but it's finally going to shed a new and unique perspective to the MMO world. It's going to be a much needed change, imo. The PvP system is amazing.

Oh man, you so lucky >.>

I didn't know about this thing until recently...so I doubt I'll get into the last closed beta. Hope open beta starts soon..
