Why? It started as primarily a Fan Works topic with drawings by Kay, and people (ie: her friends) kinda hijacked it. She still posts drawings in here, so moving it is a retarded idea.
 
Why does it really matter, you can still post in it, at least it wasn't closed.

And you have admit, at LEAST 200 pages is just us talking.
 
Point: Not a lot of people go into Fan Works unless they're looking for signature work. Lots of people are in OTF.

There are tons of really good drawings in here. Exactly what is the ratio of art to commentary/chatting for something to be allowed in Fanworks? There are plenty of threads that have a lot of chatting in that section, this one probably has a little more. Just to clarify, though, I'd like to know, so that way no one else's art thread gets moved.

I mean, the only guidelines I can really see for having a post in that section is "Fan artwork, Fan fantasy, screenshots, etc." This thread fits IMO. Maybe the guidelines need to be clarified.
 
For the content that is in this thread, Off Topic is more suitable. The only other viable option is splitting out the OP from the discussion of random topic XYZ.

There is a lot of over reaction in this thread. Kayleen, your artwork is awesome, but your thread got derailed worse than many I've ever seen. Instead of casting ultimatums placing people on the defensive, it is better to ask Tenkax in PM what can be done, and settling on a better course of action.
 
Sorry I just don't see the point of continuing on and making a new thread if the same thing is going to happen. The reason I didn't draw and the thread twisted and turned off its original path (Which was to draw art for those who requested it or to draw something I saw funny out of the thread) Was mainly because I had to take a small drawing hiatus due to health/finding a new program to use once I received my laptop.

So if fanworks was only made for sig and avatar requests and posting a piece of art to be critiqued or complimented there is no point for me to continue on drawing here. I have aim and my Rapidshare zips of OpenCanvas networking are still up if someone would like to host a room, I will gladly draw for them.
