Um, its rare, so it asks you if you really want to throw it away. No excuse for throwing that away, unless your mentally retarded...I'd be pretty pissed off if somone just pissed away my share of a PCC. I mean damn...thats a nice chunk of change...

according to Oracant its not rare. just a normal item. and i think hes right.. i'll have to check, tho
 
ff.somepage says its flagged as rare... maybe orac is more retarded than i thought XD gunna have to look at it in game to be 100% sure tho
