The E3 show starts soon!

i tell you what, when he came out and was talking about infinite undiscovery part of me was screaming...why is he here unless there is a big announcement...FF13?! then he left the stage and i was left wondering where the biggest announcement of the show was...and when he came back out i was never more glued to the screen than i was the whole show.
I wanted to scream but my kid is sleeping so i silenty whispered "yay" now i wont have to miss a chapter in a series ive played every title to!!!
now i just gotta pray for Kingdom hearts and i will never want a ps3 for anything!

I'm happy that it'll still be on PS3 but SE constantly denied it before, with them just dropping that bomb on us it made me feel really dirty, like I was a fan of liars. But, if it gets them more money, I guess not everyone should complain.

hey man dont feel bad, companies lie about stuff like that all the time to get people left in the dark so they can spring the surprise, Bungie denied halo 3 forever, MS denied avatars amongst tons of other things, its just a method they use

So since I called it on XIII, I'ma say this, FFVII remake announced for PS3, probably not, but eh :P

Glad there's more games other then FFXIII I want on PS3, I hope we get more information about White Knight Chronicles at E3.
 
The girl commenting really pisses me off. I'd really like her to get back in the kitchen, but she looks like she's not a very good cook either. I'd rather her just go away.
 
I'm more interested in what Sony has prepared for their show tomorrow, after the finale of MS' today. Everything up until that announcement was pure shit.
 
Well besides FF13 there were some good announcements i thought.

Resident Evil 5 getting Exclusive downloadable content

The netflix rental thing where you can rent with a friend anywhere in the world and watch the movie with them

the completely new dashboard design (though im iffy as to see if it still holds up for themes and gamer pics)

The new Still Alive Portal game for XBLA

those are what all got me hyped, but yeh FF takes the "cake"

Bungie denying Halo 3 was just stupid though, everyone knew it was gonna happen.

Though whats worse is that now the 360 fanboys are gonna start going "haha we have it now too hahahahahahaha"

Especially the guys on Gametrailers who are oh so smug about their wonderful 360.

Edit: You know, after making FFXIII available for 360 without announcing a release date, it sorta makes me not want to work in the games industry any more. I'll still try though.

But, I still don't think that Japan will buy FFXIII for the 360 seeing as how low the sales for the 360 are there. MS are doing alot that's for sure but they aren't doing enough. If they can get more anime based games on the 360 then that might be the coup de tat for the PS3 there. MIGHT.

Well played MS, well played. FFXIII going multiplatform is big and it seems weird that Sony seems fine duking it out with unproven, exclusive, new titles. I am very interested in what Sony has to say tomorrow. It'll be hard to beat this news in my eyes.

Everyone knew FFXIII for the 360 was going to happen eventually too, and unless they really really paid Konami well, the special edition of Metal Gear Solid 4 as well.

Most of the other announcements were pretty ho-hum though, but once he came back out, I knew it was coming and I loved every second of it.

Also, something I didn't catch is that the trailer only said XIII'd be available at launch "In North America and Europe". No love for 360 JP owners?

You know, with the announcement, it just makes me wonder how many DVD_DL's they will use. Hell for MGS4 they'd need about 5 discs, one for each act or so.

I'm not a big fan of swapping discs any more, it was fine in the original Playstation era and with the Gamecubes ultra epic Tales of symphonia, but with the Xbox 360 it seems incredibly tacky.

Still though, I will buy every version of FFXIII and every version of The Last Remnant because I'm an obsessive collector.
