I think i have a good idea for a good thread for exp wanting people
to blow of steam,to warn others and to praise good people ^^

ok what i think we should do ^^ is post on this thread a person you partied with.. tells us if theyre really good ^^ they have PCC,Hauby+1s etc^^ uber pimped..they suck baaad D: theyre mean and cocky or maybe if they wearing lvl1rse at lvl 40

so people who are looking for members will invite the good people first instead of the people who don't deserve partys as much

example:

i just pt'd with this taru dood
he was a lvl 44 pup called sharaz ^^;
he had very good gear and used sole suichi
he parsed well and did very good damage
his pet "Mademoiselle" gave me the eye .......XD


okies my first entry

I pt'd with this taru bluemage/nin he was called mattimer
he was an awesome bluemage and really nice too ^^
his gear was very very good too (PCC and stuffs^^)
^^ he was one of the best DDs i pt'd with so invite him! (and me too whiles ure at it T.T)

Don't invite him though. I branded him, and he's now my personal merit slave. Stay away!!

Haha Prade... Guys a beast.

Ummm... Balk, the nicest JP I've ever met.
Raizt, Athilorian, Auberjeen, Strachan, Ayrezy, Littlefair, Ithyl and the rest of the MMT crowd, all awesome people to party with.
Infact, I've mainly only partied with JPs on my RDM, so many of the names I'd care to mention really wont matter to the majority of you.
 
Necrosis on THF = wtf he's actually doing damage?

And any WAR that still knows what Provoke means.

Cami tried to Asuran me after I got charmed (before i killed you!)
Game wouldn't let him. Guess I took out frustration on the wrong MNK!

sorry i have to say crosis is the best merit brd ever :D prade was pretty good when we did party though!

mattimer was awesome, good friend.. he left the game though, sadly :(
 
Don't be mistaken please best gear doesnt mean good player. Player's skill is something you can't buy with gilz. So having Haub+1 and pcc doesnt mean you are good, and not having them doesnt mean you are bad. It just means you are rich.

Word on Crosis, 50% of the reason we do so well meriting.
other 40% would go to Parappa the Rappa on WHM
and 10% between us 4 lolmeree

player skill is important, but good skill can't make you hit harder or hit more accurate. :cool:
 
Mattimer isn't the same Mattimer anymore, he gave his character to a friend of mine, who quit when he deployed to Iraq and deleted his original cracter (silly goose). I'm assuming the blu/nin Mattimer the OP spoke of was the "new" Mattimer. He's a good guy and a very good player. :)

I just got out of a PT with him. He is really good, but we sucked tonight. I'm sure things woud have gone smoother with about 3 less PTs in the area and the ability to communicate with 2 of our WARs. >.< Very good though, I was impressed.

Only ever Merited with Cro on his MNK. >.<

QFT

You can have great gear but if you're afk half the time, dont voke the sleeping mobs, use your weaponskill at the wrong times, get aggro on the way to camp, etc., you still suck. A WHM with a ton of MP and MND gear that is too slow on curing or uses Cure 5 for 100 hp heals is still a bad whm. A BLM that can't time his MBs or stun at the right time, still sucks even if he has millions in gear. And so forth.

I'd rather have someone with NQ gear that knows how to do their job.

Indeed try pting with his rng sometime great damage for a taru=) but the "new" seemed pretty experienced but then again he has like 7 60+ jobs so yeah >.>

Aww <3 Though honestly can't imagine the pt going near as well without you and whatever other pimped out melees we always seem to find (mattimer old or new, johnnyb, cami, decidence, et al).

Another nod to Crosis though, dude is a beast on brd or mnk or blm or whatever the hell else he's doing at the time. Hard for a pt to suck w/ him in it. :)
