me is happy and proud of myself

my bf is working for games workshop and today was the german games day
my bf asked me to paint the shop banner presenting the GW store he is working at

actually it was for last year... but I could not finish it cause it was too huge
his boss was mad with him, but I managed to finish it in time for this year's games day
(the banner is huge, over 2 meter high)

and, it won the first price among all the other GW stores in germany ^^
I am sooooooooooooo proud and happy

here a pic
will post a better one next week ^^

I ca see why it took you so long

Grats i use to play 40k till i got anoyed on when they made the new rule book in 2004-6 or some time and quit then. Use to do space marines (like the guy you drew) and Sisters of battle
Space marine group i did was space wolfs, what you and your BF do chim

Good going Chii! You are the awesome!

Jesus h christ, that's f_cking amazing! Good job chiimi, that is talent. If I remember my ebonics correctly, u got skillz.

Thank you very much for the praise, but its just a huuuuuuge copy of a poster ^^ so you cant really say that I am skilled

but thanks a lot ^^, I am soooo happy ^^

If in fact you painted this, you have my praise, if you painted it on a smaller poster and then enlarged it you still have my praise. If you didnt, you still rock.

Edit: Sorry still half asleep...you did in fact paint it. You know i like to say im good, not that good but i am, however when it comes to coloring i lack all kinds of skills. The amount of detail you have accomplished is insane. You are what i call a L337 Artist, cause really man, there's not that many words i can come up with to express how impresed i am (not that it means much, but still).

I'd really love to see some more of your work if you have any, if you have a separate website where you post your work i would love to have a link to it.

Lmao, I remember when I had a Tau army, and someone decided to play against me with their IG tank betallion.

First turn and broadside groups had taken alot of his tanks down.

normal IG was much more fun than tank company...altho it's kinda hard to argue w/ 9 earthshakers pounding the holy bejebus out of my friend's nids ^^

Fecking Tau with rail guns 72" lol
and gala how is it the emp if it can not even move after the great war? Maybe a dark temp?

Edit: Better thing then rail guns where those seeking missles you did not need line of sight just be with in range :D
