The Hydra...

He's like cerberus, except harder.

No one has killed him yet because he's an absolute wimp all the way to about 10% or so then he apparently goes APE SHIT and wipes you in about 20 seconds. One LS survived by mass-benediction, but then he just did it again 10 seconds later and they died.

It was killed on Bismark from what I read on BG.

Edit: Since I don't feel like double posting. This morning I was sitting in my usual place in woodlands (Didn't even know Hydra was added, I looked up on BG after he spawned) at around 10:26am central I had a nice gift spawn on top of me

So of course, after a bit of thinking, I desided to have fun like I do with anything that is huge. Needless to say that didn't turn out so well since I had to show a friend first and he meleed it. -.-

Either way, it was quite a surprising morning.

Edit again: if you want me to shrink those down to thumbnails let me know, they do seem a little big. =/

was when he finally died, 5 hours and 30 minutes after He spawned, 4 hours of it fighting, wiped two alliances, Kaizen takes it in the end. Well faught everyone who joined in with the battle.. Was super fun to watch. Last edit now, bed time. :P

Too bad he seems to drop crap, cerberus drops are better than him ;x

Yes, because I havent managed to get a group to fight cerberus more than once...so I'm sure I'll be able to convince people to do it with absolute crap drops
 
and that's one reason why people suck! Just caring about drops and if they get anything material-wise (if you can even call it that) outta it.
 
I'm assuming that those hydra scales are what is needed to synth up hydra gear? Didnt feel like checking through all the pages in this thread to see if anyone said anything about it. The whole set is pretty f'ing sweet, but its only for DRG and SAM, so I doubt I'll see a whole lot of this stuff crafted, and if I do, it'll be way more overpriced than it should be. Oh well...

Yeah the whole set price for now is probably gonna be like 50 mil for now ;x And a lotta ppl havent gotten the scales to drop, and he might take a few days between repops...so price probably gonna be high for a while
