any done some testing on this yet? i was on trolls and can say i averaged about 20-50 dmg higher while in front (stage one unlocked) was VT mob

but then... last night:

was 117% tp if i remember...

There's some data on KI already, not a lot. Best I've seen was a sample set of 20 showing that the difference was on average 20 more dmg from the front of the mob versus the back with 1 merit on overwhelm. I'll keep digging for some more information before I put my merits in it because I'm getting really close to capping GKT.

That 1000 you did Roadkill could be a crit, DA proc, or just lucky, I really don't think it's 1 merit in this trait, certainly other people aren't experiencing such results.

I'm guessing those Amertrat,colibri,etc. are like ep-dc at 75? There are a lot of people out there soloing colibri.

Well, he was /NIN, so assuming he doesn't use any +double attack gear, then double attack is not possible

I might be wrong, but I don't think weaponskills can critical hit unless forced (sneak attack, mighty strikes), or it says in the description (as the case is with Vorpal Blade and Rampage).

Could be using rice balls. I've seen double attack proc as a SAM/THF when I use rice balls.
