i was lucky, EBGames told me wait till monday for PC, but i found one :), but no use, because I CANT FUCKING REGISTER THE DAMN CODE /wrists
 
I have mine installed and updated, but I can't register. Good job SE.


Mara, all of the Game Stops where I am got in shipments of the PC version this morning. Try them if you haven't already.

GameStops = EBGames for Canadians, and they said wait till monday
 
Ah, you guys are in Canada. I didn't notice that. You'll probably get it later than us, then.
 
I was out for a good hour tonight, trying to find a place that had some PC copies in stock. Alas, there were none. I've given up; I'm just going to order it, now, and wait a few more days.

Trust Square to cling to a bizarre bias towards consoles ... even dealing with a genre of video-gaming that was CREATED FOR, NURTURED BY, and THRIVED ON the PC.


Every time I read "limited by PS2 hardware" and "we don't want our subscribers playing different versions of the game," I typically grow pretty frustrated ... but not this much. I understand that there was a problem with the box printing, but for the Love of God ... take a page out of Everquest's book and allow an option for PC users to purchase a key online.
 
Magically managed to reserve and get a copy at 12pm today. Took an hour to install and I've been spamming "Retry" since. I think I'm going to have to kill something or someone. Maybe both.

I worked for Best Buy for 3 years (2004-2007)) dont get your hopes up too quickly. I ordered mine on Best Buy.com and it now says it's backordered and the release date is today and I dont see any stores that are marked for store pick up.

I waited 3 hours this morning... I gave up... putting up the game on ebay.. they can keep their shit
 
Called Best Buy today (my old employee access still works) and I got the inside on the PC shipping. Most stores have it in stock today (2-4 copies, all platforms) so run and get it. They will hold it for you (maybe) till close.
 
Lesson I learned after driving over eighty miles to find a PC disk:

"Don't bother going to get it until the registration server works."
 
picked up two copies today at Best Buy. They got a whopping 8 copies and then left them on a table in the back unpriced because the person in charge wasnt sure what the release date was.

I've been working at Best Buy since 2005, so I was going off my RSS information. :)

The stores in my area got it today!
 
Yeah it's available now XD. I called 888BBY this morning but I couldnt change it to store pickup cause it was being released XD
