I agree that something should be done about it. I don't care if people use it to bump their post counts, and I'm sure some people enjoy it and all, but I just find it annoying to have to click on it in order to clear the "New Posts!" icon.

Can we get the "Mark All Topics Read" button back?

Or can that thread get its own linkshell forum and the author can just invite anyone who wants to play?

Upper right side of any forum page (not thread page) -> Forum Tools -> Mark This Forum Read

Ah, thanks. Now I can go back to clicking that every time I read through the rest of General Discussion.

It'd still be nice to have a thread ignore function, but that's one for the wish-list; it's great to just have the board running at a decent speed in the mornings again.

Ok, so I'll deny that I don't have sex with trees as per your post. Given the negation of a double-inverse alley-oop like that, and the fact that you say my response is incorrect anyways, I believe the resulting situation is that I deny not having sex with trees when I don't not do it; but when I do not do it I'm actually denying the act of not doing the act that is denied, even if I do happen to be not doing it at the time of denial.

yay going no where is good!... because everyone is there cause everything seems to be going nowhere... mostly arguments and schoolwork though... maybe nowhere is bad then...

@_@ That is the most confusing sentence I have ever read.
 
Perhaps it is best to try and deal with this issue in the board that thread sits in?
Not much I can do about it here ^.~
 
I did my best to try and kill it, but the PC+1 crew seems to love their bastion of pointlessness.
