Holy crap, last time I wrote about my trip I was telling everyone how Spain partied...they can't hold a match to this place. I stayed for 10 days, only planned on 6, and may end up back there as a worker and extend my stay till the end of thier busy season. Words can't possibly explain the kind of atmosphere that is injected into the place night in and night out. If you are planning on backpacking or just travelling through europe stop by this place.
My week there we partied so hard they decided to do a booze cruise, which usually doesn't get going until middle of June. So much shit happened during the 10 days I was there it would take almost as long re-tell the stories. Their website is www.thepinkpalace.com and if you happen to stop by this summer, ask if Big Matt is working.
I met so many cool people from all over the globe, mostly canadians (it appears as though there are more canadians on vacation than in canada) but also Aussies, Kiwis, english, spanish, mexican, brazilian, german, french, russian...the list continues. This hostel on a small island off the west coast of Greece puts 99% of "party" towns to shame.
I am currently touring around the south of Greece checking out ancient ruins, they tend to keep me more occupied than art and more modern civilizations. It is impressive the stuff that they were able to accomplish with minimal tools at their disposal.
I'll check in with yall later.
