Chapter Eleven: More Blue Mage assimilation, Panty Raid led Sir. Gimp, The Only One He Ever Feared, and the Other That Can't be feared!

As you know I'm a rising blue mage, but more spells to learn and more trouble to look forward too, I ask Evilvivi (Smn) to help me with a very difficult spell....Poison Shell.

Some backstory I only knew of this place because of Kipa taking me here for us to relieve some irl stress, now it's my first time back at the place a little odd for a video game, but I kinda felt something come back as we went back there, a friendly blu mentored me a bit and decided to help us out.

these things have an insane regen rate btw i shot a pineconebomb at it 107, i rest and heal in about 10 secs it regened it wtf

broke self sc record usually its 120 on fusion

and this one isnt a solo cae used vorpal blade but still it's nice to look at xD

failed attempt (no pics) as rdm/bst drop rate is sucky, got a viking axe to store for bst though

in the earlier issues you saw me camp this nm for about a week on bst/thf ...9 kills and no drop

I camp it a day before for an hour as rdm/bst got drop after first kill...

go go 1/10...

being nature boy and becoming one with the....antlions got mandibular bite

ran into Toqa after i got off from ship before I went to hunt blitzstrahl

another easy spell bagged, mind you this was the 3rd spell bagged in the same day over 3hrs(which is kinda fast, venom shell took the longest the rest just kinda went quick, and including travel time), Blitz would give me helluva trouble >_>;

thankfully they cant aggro my magic now that i'm 41

oh and...i'm skilling up club btw it's not useful now but when i get club of trials it'll be good for making fragmentation, it's probly better to skill up with it on rdm though ^^;

The Return of the Panty Raid

Was a very busy night for me, first time I did an event, had to contact those that were online, get weird excuses for those who cant make it -_- (no not you hornless=3), a little bit of attitude slung my way.

Had a slight headache after being down there so long, thanks to Areya I knew how to do this, I tend to take note of things when I do something just in case I have to go back there and it helped!


we were still getting gear shifting between mules, me checking our jobs and making sure everyone was in the right place and balancing jobs, 13 people(not including those who said they couldnt make it) signed up about 6 of the original roster were able to make it. So as you might have guessed I was worried if we could even get off the ground with this.

Zer's group was doing minotaur and farming, I was already thinking of how we could share camps, how to keep people happy and together(wasnt needed much we had a group of vet players), and how to keep our competition happy as well.

we first got down to the bst spot and camped there, Zer's group was about done with their mission I"m guessing they stayed in library, so we just got the subligar here.

We died quite a few times...before Zackash(our blm) came Claude got aggro by an Oil Spill....man that was NOT FUN nearly killed us all, we lived because of reraise but we did manage to kill it

well we were done with the old camp both Kay and Khaj and Sol got their subs, nei was done, Zer's group was out, but other nms werent up though ; ;

We move to the stairs camp to take the trio of sam war and red mage down

Khajit at his his specialty ^_^ 6 lock picks used for doors so no farming for keys

Khajit did a sac pull we engaged the rdm and killed it(no drop) then we got to the sam(no drop) and khajit zoned the war and rejoined. Only pic I had of it, should've been much better >_>; but we had our hands full keeping sam slept while we killed rdm

well we get to library, and we camp before I get a chance to go over the plan...I dc due to virus protection restarting comp, I get back online and I find almost everyone dead....we rest up and retake the sam and war combo

we kill the fomor sam with no drops again...me sol and khajit are the only ones alive to stop the fomor war I was out of magic tricks so it was me Khajit and the clash of blades...

that 1% felt like an eternity

we started at about 6 CST pm it was about 10CST we were dog tired, and ready to get out. You guys really made my day by how great we got through it, even though the rdm and sam were bitches with drops ????.

Hope we can do this again sometime, and lastly thanks to all that made my thread go past

The Only One He Ever Feared

the match before rannoch was with Kayleen...

60cap rdm/blu vs drk/nin

the first match set she secretly disabled sjs, I had already figured out a strat for beating her(well two but i'll get to the second later). The first was the presumably safer...kite her to death

This didnt work so well due to the fact of spiritual essence(makes landing spells a bitch) and cotchilon(basically erase x 3 status ailments)

attempt 1...failed at kiting

attempt 2 at kiting failed... took me on the 3rd to realize it wasnt going to work

now Kayleen is feeling pretty confident that I'm a pushover...but I still had my second strat, I didnt use it first because I didnt think it'd be as effective as the first

I fight Kay naked decently until we time out, I use my second strat, it proves suprisingly effective. Kayleen doesnt pick up on it yet since the 3rd fight last long

do you see it yet? hint look at how fast her shadows disappeared

a bit into round 4 Kay and I go at it=)

dont get me wrong with my second strat, it was still a tough fight but kay had her hands full now

smexy khi we took eba down with 11 folks, 9 is no small feat at all i have heard of it being trio'd, but that was with like...2x blu/nin and a nin/war. or duo'd by 2x beastmasters.
