I am so groin-grabbingly excited about this last season. It feels like we've been waiting for this season for forever.

Any thoughts on what's going to happen? I need closure so bad it hurts.
 
I'm not sure how it will end. Mackey should probably go down for all the shit he's pulled over the years, but I have doubts they'll actually play it out that way. If they do, he'll probably go down with a bullet instead of a prison sentence. Which would be a better way of going out than a grenade, I suppose.
 
I thought last night's episode was the best one this season so far. I hate the thought that Shane might come out the winner in the end, though.

It was cool seeing Teavon (spelling?) back for an episode, though. I always just assumed they forgot about him.
 
So I keep hearing that this season will be online (hulu, fx website, etc) but I haven't found them anywhere and would rather not torrent them. Anyone know where they might be legally? I currently don't have cable/satellite and am dying to watch these episodes.

It's definitely a good season, but really I say that about all of them. I can't wait to see how it turns out. I don't see Mackey saving his career at this point, but of course the real draw is whatever is going to happen between him and Shane. It won't surprise me at all if Shane comes out as the last man standing.

And, yeah, it was nice to see Tayvon again since I always thought that was just to easy of an out for them. Of all their misdeeds - from working with drug dealers and stealing from organized crime to shooting a rat in the face - the Tayvon thing was always their lowest moment for me. Even lower than Shane and Lemonhead in some ways. My feeling that Vic should have put two in the back of Mara's head a long time only fuels that sentiment.
 
I'm still waiting, waiting, waiting for them to do something with Dutch killing that cat. Hopefully it doesn't become a story line that just gets forgotten. I'd looove it to end in a way which sends the photo of Acevada sucking that dude's dick to the Barn for all to enjoy!

Yeah, I thought for sure it was going to come up when Dutch was dealing with that kid who killed the bully earlier this season.
 
Holy balls, tonight's episode was amazing.

I honestly thought Shane was going to get away with setting up Ronnie. It blew my mind when 2-Man told Dutch what happened.
 
Well hell, looks like I'll be torrenting these episodes.
 
Gah! I missed last week's episode (The Ronnie and Vic assassination attempts) and am gonna have to miss this weeks. Torrents, {Where?}
 
Finally got around to watching the last few episodes via DVR and, for me at least, the whole ending felt a bit rushed. Not so much Shane - I saw that coming from a mile away, a few episodes before the end - but Vic. He paid a high price in terms of family, friends and career...but, as much as I loved all his antics, not high enough a price. Ronnie got drilled the hardest though. That was just fucking cold.
 
I thought the whole Dutch and the serial killer boy thing felt rushed in the last episode. I was hoping for something a little more exciting.

The part where they arrested Ronnie was rough. I yelled at the tv I was so mad. I didn't see the Shane thing coming. I had thoughts, but I certainly didn't think they were actually going to show it.

I liked the ending, but I think they should have made it two hours, instead of one and a half, to better flesh things out.
 
I saw Shane killing himself coming, but never thought in a million years he'd kill his whole family. I too am a bit dissapointed in the whole Dutch thing. I'm a simple fucker though, I really needed to see a dead body to drive it home for me. They still never did anything with that damn cat though! I really wanted to see Aceveda get fucked in the end. Always hated that guy. Poor Ronnie >_<

I know, it pissed me off too. I thought for sure when the kid accused Dutch, we were going to find out it was Dutch who had killer the woman, just to see if he could get away with it.
 
As much as I hated Mara and all the reprehensible shit she and Shane did, I have to chuckle at how they had the healthiest relationship in the show. They didn't lie to each other or hold anything back. We should all be so lucky... albeit without the murder/suicide.
