Also: /translate "Ace's Helm" eg

Type that out.

technically spells are considered items cause of how they are listed in the inventory.

Once I translate them, how do I use them??

Type anything, hit tab key, scroll to the bottom where it says "Items" and hit enter to bring up the items list. The, escape out of all that and start typing the item you want to traslate. Hit the tab key again and it should come up.
