Cooking also has the Hocho, so it wouldn't at all suprise me if they give Cooking for +skill items without including any for other crafts.

Would be cool if they latent was activated by having the craft at 100. Galateia would skyrocket, haha.

I have to agree with Garvin on this part. I very sure this was done with ToAU when it came out. First came the update, then the US release, then finally the Japanese and EU release. It seems SE might be doing this for every expansion now for FFXI.

My best guess is that the latent would activate when you have guild support on.

This is meh.

It is now possible to capture elementals on soul plates for use in creating a soul reflector.

This is awesome.

On the new jobs...

I thought it capped out at 3, but I guess my dancer just sucked at hitting things.

Also looking at scholar spells. Neat weather-based spells, and the black magic ones look like they'll be better than blm enfeebles in certain conditions. Definitely gonna level it now.

On Campaign...

Due to not generating a satisfactory evaluation, the player will be stripped of one rank. Upon being demoted, the player’s evaluation score will be halved.

Now you can't just get to rank 10 and expect to stay there. I think this is a great feature.

The actions and conduct of players in the past will come to have a direct role in influencing the trajectory that Vana’diel takes into the present. One such example is the dispersal patterns of monsters and beasts.

I want to see where this goes in the next few weeks. It's possible that accepted exp camps may be damaged, either by an overrun of monsters or just a lack of them.

Can't wait for the content to be unlocked so we can all swarm the past and forget about the candescense

Looks like they got their game together and did their prep work.

Several issues concerning the Gigas race have been addressed. This has resulted in a change of graphics and jobs for a section of the Gigas population.

Put those Gigas in their place.

Probably level my pld to 20 and then start selling all the junk in my mog and inventory.

I deleveled on my rdm to 74 and 300 tnl.. so then I'm going to do the weekly escort with my bst probably.

Aaaand.. I'm going to probably start stocking up on lowbie gear before it's all gone.

Need low lv gear? Salvage is the place to be right now. My tendency to keep gear for every 10 lvs on a mule for any job i lv is going to come in handy soon.
