Falsey, a Running Punt WS is more accurate the more TPP you have. You can gain TPP(Tarutaru Punting Points) by punting Tarutaru's. They may have been busy. But your HMEGPP also affects the accuracy. The more Humes, Mithra, Elvaan, or Galka you punt, the more evasion you have. 100% TPP cancels out 100% HMEGPP, so it is like having 0% TPP for the punter...

I didn't see Falsey persay.. but we did discuss the rules of Punting. We came to an agreement that said target has to be a NONmoving target for about 2-3 seconds before your punting abilities can be used.

That is all.
