The "Who You Saw Recently" Thread

Here is a question

Has anyone seen me? I am starting to think I must play when everyone else is asleep. With the exception of Moraine, Svina, Devi, and other I would say "haijin" or Hard-core late night/ early morning players, I don't see any of you guys. Especially the illustrious Sabia with her sidekick who I forget his name... Yogi-somthing... anyway, I am moving to the east coast soon, so hopefully I might bump into you guys more often. (Currently lives in Hawaii)

I do see Mattaru in East Saru sometimes too.
Saw Pompidou there a couple times yesterday.

Got 12 stacks of beehive chips yesterday @ 4.9k-5k/stack. Inflation is super, yes? :lol:

Friggin' Saruta Cotton is damn near 9k/stack now. Silk, honey (around 3.5k now), gobbie items, wild onions, insect wings, giant stingers...Step into the ruins for bat wings galore and bone chips. It all adds up. And Spipi gets stabbed plenty too...I am 19/24 on the drop. Not that it's mega-bucks, but it's EASY money. /Throw = Kaching!!!!
East Saru has become plenty profitable once again.

Sneaky, we know whats up. I mainly just go for cotton, chips, silk, and honey. Switch to tahrongi when drops arent good. E saru farming is a lesson in diversification. I dont get onions enough to really make a profit off of them.

As far as the onions, step into the ruins for a sec and make a round in the first area, killing all the gobbies. I usually get 6 onions there in 1 round. You're right though, not as many from the gobbies in E. Saru.

In the ruins, if you run a circle and kill everything from the big 1st room, through some tunnels and into the big room with all the bats, and back again, things will start to respawn. Again, not big money by any means, but all this stuff sells well and quickly. I've been doing it for 50 levels, and I am bored to death with it, but because I have pigeon holed myself to a few select spots, I also know them well. It's good, consistent gil/hour.
 
Just saw Flameass in Qufim..... Had a nice little chat with him about D2s.... hehe...
 
i made the mistake of pissing off Kateverlasting today in a party in Yuhtunga. my friend switched to his 51 samurai and we went around killing things. we picked a fight with a gob that i guess kats party had their eye on and we were promptly slapped. i made sure (twice) to appoligize for it. i hope i'm not hated...

I've done that run with my BLM. It's a handy little area for some quick cash, just like you said. I try to tell the people working Mission 1-1 to not wander in far if they get there, but they almost never listen. Can't save idiots from themselves all the time.

Saw Kea at the crag in the highlands. Didn't actually see it but couldn't help but notice Colbwa went to Kazham at level 28 and shortly thereafter was back to level 27. Yeah, he started leveling again, but I would have loved to have been there to clap at whatever it was that got him.
 
Colbwa, hmmm. That name sounds familiar. I think he was harassing one of my linkshell mates girlfriend in the jungle a few nights ago.... Him and a friend went back later with their lv 50 jobs. I wonder whatever for...

i saw colbwa a few nights ago in, where else? a party i was in in yuhtunga jungle. just his presence in the same zone as me got me made, but he was camping to the camp spot NEXT to mine, which got me pissed. ugh, if he hadn't hit on one of my best friends, i wouldn't hate him so much.
 
Saw Neosquall's body lying in Jeuno for some reason. I poked him before running into Quifum to unlock BST. Go BST!
 
Ok, I had an even busier afternoon. I saw Jewellee, Jender, Jazper and NeoSquall in Qufim, Lower and Port Jeuno, and took an airship ride to Kazham with Palum :)

Yup, interesting to hear that was your first time on the airship... oh those were the days. I think I stayed away from the railing because I thought I'd fall off..lol

And ya....SO MANY QCDNers today.... Saw Chpal at the AH while shopping for an Earth Staff....(bloody things have skyrocketed to 275k). Then saw Eni, Aishaklanclan, Jazper and Anesly in Port Jeuno....I saw Jazper and moved to the other side of the sidewalk so I wouldn't get punted.. :) ..hehe. Saw Kateverlasting outside the moghouse and then at the Lower Jeuno HP crystal, saw Majorhavoc, Kiere, Alanon, and Jender while waiting for my party to gather.

Of course, then I partied with my fellow bears Porum, Sabia and Yomiku. So ya...if I forgot anyone {Please forgive me.} as that's a lot of names to remember lol......
 
which Ele, Kipsy? O.o me? or Eledamir or who? XD lot of people with "Ele" in their names I've seen ^^v and I saw well.. everyone on my friend's list pretty much during Dynamis-Jeuno XD other than that.. haven't really been around to see many ^^v
 
Saw Jender on the boat to Windy (you look good with wings girl!!!! lol)

Then I got stomped by a couple of people from QCDN as I was doing my version of a door mat (dead) in front of residential area in Port Jeuno. Don't ask, long story (short really, Used a scroll of Instant wrap and perfect dodge wore off as I tele-ported and got hit).

Aaaaahhhh, good times!!!
