The "Who You Saw Recently" Thread

I partied with Faedryth last night! Woo-hoo! Our PT totally rocked Yuhtunga Jungle!

And I didn't see Mattaru while travelling through South Gustaberg with my mule, but he did examine me as I passed through the Leaping Lizzy spawn area.

I saw Daroth, Hamburglar, Ryme, and Sneakypants around Windy last night.

Hey all , new to this Forum and site. I have seen lots and lots of you all around on a regular basis. I hope I can start contributing to this site on a regualr basis. Good to talk to other people from my server.

Hello Asiamise!

Mohoso

I saw Daroth yesterday running like a madman..in East Saru. I hid behind a rock and waved.. hoping to startle him.. but that didnt work. :D

lol, i wasnt on very much last night but long enough to examine you.

Omg dont get me started....

Partied with Rune and Anglis today/last night...died horribly

Daroth I sadly see in my sleep as he never leaves me alone =P jokes of course

Elf I saw in gobbie-shop (damn you give me my 3 gobbiebag!)

Mattaru - lol....still pretty funny to think about

Sabia I saw today/last night in Yhoatar looking for a raise for our whm

AND TILK THAT BITCH - never ran into him before so I couldnt comment but he is i see - we asked them for a raise and they didnt even have the decency to respond much less do it...even offered to pay

Side note - I love seeing Yanzi - he is usually hiding amongst a pack of children in Jeuno - its hilarious cause you can just see his lil mage outfit and name above his head but he fits right in!

Saw Pauk just last night. A few nights ago i shared a airship ride with Anesly, i think that same night I ran into Daroth as he left the selbina boat, i was entering, we had a talk but not a long one cause i didnt wanna miss the boat. :P

But when I go to Jeuno i see a lot of people on the boards. I've seen Mithy a couple times just sitting on the ground or steps in Lower Jeuno. Poked her several times.. but my guess is she was afk, both times too.

ive run into a load of peeps from this board, most recently daroth.
i always try to at least /wave or /smile when i see a familiar name from here.
please feel free to do the same

/sigh

Maybe Faedryth would have remembered me if I did log in as Coeurldelionne instead of Flaruwuru on this board, eh Fae?

Saw Kyrial browsing the Windy AH.
What a beauty!
/wink

Faedryth

Saw Faedryth recently and very briefly in a party in the Dunes. My party leader decided to invite Faedryth as the 3rd WHM (at Level 14) in a group of LVL 17/18. The situation did not last very long...

OMG COUERL!!! Yeah I was thinking "Man I must be an ass cause I dont remember any FlaruWaru....just dont say anything and nobody will notice..."

You were disgustingly good at Ranger. Its funny cause you were just destroying mobs and after our party finally broke....shoulda see our replacement ranger...still used hunters longbow :(....I took another party there and we got handled badly. I was Ranger and I felt like a buffoon cause I remembered how you just decimated them and I was hitting for like 53.

Lol so yes i remember you!

I had the pleasure of seeing Poingpoing Saturday in Bastok Market but he was walking into a wall. I /waved but didn't get a response. From how his avatar was acting I believe he was afk.

OMG I saw Poingpoing too!

Don't bother waving if I'm running into a wall ^^; If I'm running into a wall, either I'm AFK or I'm being too stupid at the moment to realize who you are anyways ^^; Usually the latter ; ; but here I think I owe you some emotes.

Hehehe... I was wondering if I was doing good as a RNG. I mean, Clobiant as a WAR/NIN pretty much did as much damage as I did, so I did wonder if I was gimped due to a lack of +STR gear. I especially laughed my ass off when I missed my first 2-3 shots after putting on those dual Archer's Knives (+20 Rng Acc = more misses?!?). I can't wait to slap on that Great Bow +1 that's currently sleeping in my inventory. I seldomly use Flaruwuru anymore, save when I'm doing a quick PL favor for a fellow LS mate, or doing in a Dragon for Rank 3. Decided to quit before I got into the fabled L25. Mainly because my BLM friend had to quit too at the same time.

Oh, and there's not a big difference between the Hunter's Longbow and Power Bow +1... The longbow's a bit faster, but I just like doing more damage per shot, especially on a WS/SC. And since I'm loaded with +AGI and +Rng. Acc. gear, the Power Bow +1 was the best choice for me.

And to keep on topic, I came across Runekane last night, just as I logged in! Ran into him in the tunnel leading to the Kahzam AH.

Saw FlaruWaru again...aka Couerl in Yhoatar. Man I sure wish I coudl have partied with you again. My party was another great one on paper. Blm, Blm, Pld, Rng, Brd. We had a Mnk but it left so we just said screw it. Anyways we only got a chain 1 one time....wtf how can you NOT do awesome with that party. Anyways I was sick of the Blm (a taru) kept saying "Send a cure my way im asleep", Fae poisona on tank (in the middle of a song), Ballad (dropped one time while i was out helping pull). So I took off.
