The worse RPGs?

Oh right, on topic... I hated FFVIII. Pretty obvious actually. Super Mario RPG was better to me. I also do not consider the first .HACK games a bad RPG per say, it just had way too much dungeon crawling. Basically, I wouldn't play it more than once unless I missed something, and not all the way through from the beginning (hence I made multiple save states).

I loved SMRPG!!

I think the reason why tidus's whining is so annoying to a lot of people is because theres actually a voice actor for him... Reading whining through text isnt as annoying to me as listening to it, lol.

I never played 8, though... I also havent played 4, and Im wanting to play it, I just cant figure out which version to go with. Playstation, SNES, or GBA. DS isnt an option, I dont have a DS.

I heard there was an english translation of the original JP FF4, which piques interest... But still, I dont know which to play.

I have read from page 1 - 21 in about half an hour...and I have completely forgotten what RPG sucked...

8 to me had a lot of potential, but they did kill it with all the other things mentioned by you guys....ALSO why the mother fuck would you make the last boss like GOD? you couldn't even scan the bitch and see how much health she had...

Other than that i also read someone say Legend of dragoon, go kill yourself...thanks

I think FFIX was one of my worst rpg games to date, simply because i could never get into the story of it...Vivi, Freya and Amarant were the only charas I liked, and the rest of them annoyed the shit outta me. My save file is the start of disc 3 when you just enter Zidanes planet.

Another one i also have to agree on is Unlimited Saga and how it just sucked. You don't "move" your character around...instead they are a statue jumping along what seems to be a square board game, random encounters occur and you fight with a slot thingy. The only reason i got this was simply for the FFX video the game came with.

yeah, wasnt God. Was Chaos, who is actually whats-his-face you fight at the beginning of the game. The extreme swordsman dude that was your first "boss"
