The Year for FFXII

Just curios: Ive seen a bunch of websites whre they sell you imported JP FFXIIs and I know that you need something done to your PS2 to play them. Anyone know what exactly needs to be done to your PS2? I really want to play that game now even if i cant undertsand it. Going off to boot camp soon and A school, and not sure if ill have any time to play games :/

No cool character ever changes from a Dark Knight to a Paladin. FFXI made Dark Knights homo but in all other FF games they rock. Paladins are homo no matter what game they are in.

Konami can release Suikoden V in the US 1 month after JP release, but it takes SE 8 months to do the same thing? Booooo
 
Yes, but Konami began work on localizing Suikoden V before it even came out in Japan, Konami had 3 different teams working on SIII, IV and V at the same time, which is why they're not all that far apart, SE only localized a few parts of the game, ie the demo(which didn't have english voices), and a few trailers. They have more projects in the works than Konami did, else I'm sure they would have begun localization ages ago, but now they have a crapload of work to do :P

I've been waiting for FFXII for sooo long ; ;

Its nice that it'll be similar to FFXI yet offline. I'm so used to playing FFXI, it wont be a shock for me to play a FF thats like....uhh.....well, any of the past FFs, even though I still love how all the other FFs play as well.
 
I look forward to XII, 8 months is gonna be a bitch to wait though :(
Especially looking forward to the new summons(espers), that are the lucavi/totema from FFT/FFTA, among with license board system, clan/bounty system, new battle system, and several other things that make me want XII even more when I think about it.
 
Looks to me like the Final Fantasy series has almost hit the bottom of the crapper with this one. Before you know it we'll be seeing a Final Fantasy "shoot-um-up"..Oh wait....

Yea, that's why it's the only FF and 6th game in Famitsu's history to get a 10/10, Dengeki also gave it a perfect score, and everyone who has imported it is raving about it. Just because you may not like it, doesn't mean everyone else will.

Yeah I saw, and damn, half the results in google are talking about how big it is that it got a perfect score from them ;x
