After Sneakypants' announced his o-hat run, I started kicking myself daily for not having my cluster ready. Especially at 74.

So began the hunting. I purchased two eyes, my static dragged me out to farm two more. Only one eye left - burning.

I searched bazaars for 3 weeks. We farmed KRT for a couple hours one night, after a successful wooden eye camp. Our luck didn't extend to KRT.

Well last night, after a failed Moldy camp, we decided to try camping it again. Arrive at the camp in KRT, only to find another group there who were also farming.

Thefonz politely mentioned his party had an o-hat run this weekend, and that they needed 2 eyes. Eh, no biggy... my group went to QC to camp the cloak.

20 minutes later, they get an eye.

30 minutes after that, they get another.

Another 30 minutes later, they get a 3rd. I ask him what he wants for it. Response: free, if you get here in a few minutes.

Well, it wasn't free. The bastard bazaar'd it for 1g mumble mumble. I just wanted to throw a big thanks out to Thefonz and his friends (of whom, I remember absolutely no names. go me). Majorhavoc crafted my cluster shortly afterwards, so I finally am ready to un-gimp and go get my hat.

Oh god no, I wont have my hat anytime soon. I'd be glad to show off my cluster though... well, I guess I could wear the cluster as a hat. Almost the same thing, right?

Sneaky / Tidy / Foo, thanks for the offers of assistance. What kind of setup is needed for Hakutaku? If I remember correctly, at least 2-3 stunners and a pair of NINs is part of the core necessities.

Shooting to possibly set up a run on Wednesday Feb. 1st, should be able to bribe / blackmail a few LSmates to come along (I think we need 3 or 4 alone, probably say 5-6 max pops for the night). Tidy / Foo, that day work for you? Anytime after 5pm PST I can do. Or earlier, if needed... my boss will understand.
 
count me in cmdr.. just let me know when ya goin down and i can come help out.. got my hat already, can bring rdm/drk gogogogo :D
