Everyday I deal with crap. So does everybody else. I understand that. I have a lot of patience so I barely get frustrated or mad.

This is my first flame. First thing that actually bugged me on Final Fantasy XI. I'm not pointing out the person that did this, but just pointing out to whomever has done such a thing.

Everybody knows that Valkurm Dunes will suck. If you get a Power Leveler then that will help get experience at a faster pace. If somebody dies. Be prepared for them to get a raise or hope that their homepoint is at the outpost, flag next to Konschtat Highlands or in Selbina.

If you decide to leave the party at least give a ten minute warning that you will be leaving so we can find a replacement for you.

Also... don't leave the party to go join another.

What happened today was what made my party disband. We had a Power Leveler. We were at Whitebone Sands fighting Beach Pugils.

Around nighttime on the game a Bogy showed up near our camp while we were fighting a Beach Pugil. Bogy killed our tank. Power Leveler took the Bogy's attention while we continued fighting the Beach Pugil without a tank.

Our Power Leveler after the fight with the Bogy was low on Magic Points so s/he had to rest. Can't cast raise if you have no Magic Points. Correct? I know.

Then when you get raised you will be weakened. Correct again? I know. Well our tank was raised so we waited for s/he to be un-weakened before we continued to fight.

After tank is back up with normal Hit Points and full. Our black mage comes out with: "I have to go." This irritated me. Why? Read what I wrote above.

I did a /sigh to the black mage. I expected the black mage to kneel down for thirty seconds then disappear, but this didn't happen.

What did happen was this: A party was right next to us. The black mage that was in our party was casting magic on their mob.

I sent the black mage a /tell letting s/he know their actions were "retarded".

I let s/he be acknowledge that I won't be looking forward for another party with s/he in the future.

I didn't blacklist the person since nothing "bad" was said.
I didn't curse. I didn't harass the person. I left it at that.

End of story.

Valkurm Dunes
That's where I stopped reading.

lol Chuash xD

Yeah that made me mad too... she started complaning about the level gap and I told her I wasnt the leader when she got asked to be replacement. The level in our PT was 17-19. 2 levels... I don't see how much of a big level gap that is.. but anyways. I think it was very mean to leave the party and a few seconds after join another. But I think it looks funny if you ditch a PT just to join the one in front of them XD, exactly what she did lol that made me laugh. And what made me laugh more, was that the PT in front of us was level 19.. and she was level 18... so what was the difference in lvl gap O_o. She was 18. -_-;
Her PT wiped after, and that made me giggle. >.>;

Meh, I got my level 20 so I'm happy^^; Good PT btw Chuash (before all that shit happened XD) ... you're a good thf =D

No reason to post, but I'll give you that little bit of attention that you're asking for.

Hello.

Yeah, I didn't see a problem in level gap either. All I had left for TNL was 2K

But don't forget to link me to your blog. I couldn't stand missing every action-packed second of your traumatic life. In a video game.

Well, this is kind of a weak flame, and it's the Dunes. Everyone is a jackass in the dunes because they don't want to be there any longer than they have to be. Here's a ProTip though, xp band + ep-dc mobs = faster xp than the dunes. There isn't a job in the game that can't solo to 20, more often than not faster than seeking pt and volleying between shitty pts until you find one that gets you good xp.

My hp is in Whitegate, someone find me a raise.

I think it was not cool that the blm left the party for one right next to it I have been leveling and been asked by other leaders to join there party and I tell the no thanks. If they keep asking I add here name to my blist until I am out of the party just so I do not have to see there tells come on my screen.

Now my stupid question why did ya need a PL in the dunes. I think because the dunes is the first area you start to really party with the job you are leveling and you really do not fully know your job unless its a mule your leveling. I really think getting a PL in the low level area's can really hurt you later on in your gaming for example take the tank pld nin and maybe war if all you have to do is let your self get hit a fwe time and have the PL do a big cure on you then the mob hits the PL how are you going to learn about voking hate management and parts of these jobs. I have partied with some of these people that got pl all the way through the dunes and it was the worst time of my life on the game the tank would voke once at the start and then not until people start spamming provoke please on the screen well the whm is getting there ass kicked. Ok thats all I had to say about getting PL'd in the dunes now I got a 19 mnk and 14 blu can i get a PL lol j/k

O had for setting home point in the dunes I fucking hate doing that becaue then I have to ride the dam boat back to the new area and ya I know I could do the quest to get that ring that teleports me over there. But I am to fucking lazzy to do that quest lol

The Power Leveler was with somebody else. Not with me. A party in dunes is just a party in dunes to me.

I just mentioned that we had one cause we did. I didn't question who the Power Leveler was with. I just continued and pulled the mobs to the camp. I did my part of the job.

Pup is the new drg.
Hmm, I xped pup briefly today (pt didn't last as long as I had hoped, oh wells). Calcobrena's my automaton (ranger model) for reference, yoshimo is war/mnk, reys is drk/war, fenren was nin tank, stupidmonkey was I guess a typical pup and his automaton was kenbishi (melee model):

Yeah, no, people won't pay attention to PUP parses. They don't pay attention to DRG parses either.

By the way, anything below 37 is completely irrelevant, parser wise.

Yeah I know. I was just curious about the damage output I was doing. Was pretty funny seeing my automaton almost outdamaging the drk though and pwning the war. :P Oh, and loldrg.

LeggomyEgo, your always the first one in a thread on the FB, what's your secret?

People who don't set homepoint in Selbina fail at life.

I'll keep my HP in Al Zahbi, thank you very much. Why would I want to set my homepoint to someplace insanely far away from my usual activities and haunts?

In fact I'll just continue to EXP Ring and fight ep/dc leveling avoiding the dunes, unless I happen across a nice Korroloka Tunnel party. The dunes is more often than not a royal pain in the behind, and unless I'm passing the time with ls mates I avoid partying there. I did my time in the dunes, I'm quite done with the headaches.
