1. lack of sleep (pulling an all nighter and pt-ing aint all that great lol)

5. and last but doesnt really affect my playing by that much....my bf

you seriously even bother playing FFXI during that time? o.O; If I was in a exp party I'd just warp out or fake DC... if it was during LS event I'd just tell them I have to go and explain later, lol.

um...

1. piss break (forgetting to tell party that i have to run to the bathroom before i wet myself...)

2. keyboard stops working due to battery shortage (has a wireless keyboard.)

3. anything shiny (inside joke...)

5. (because i can skip 4.) candy sitting on my desk waiting to be unwrapped tediously and eaten (altho 99% of the time i dont have any ._.)

1. Alcohol. For some reason, after getting home from a party, I feel the need to pt while I'm still wasted. This usually results in me over-casting, me pulling hate, me getting wailed on, and me casting a -ga spell, thus aggroing everything around me, insuring my immediate death.

2. My DS. I'll be damned if I'm gonna let my Mario Kart record suck even more.

3. My second monitor. I'll pop in a movie or Firefly or something to watch on one screen while I pt on the other. "Oh man, I love this part" is usually followed by "Crap! How'd we die?!"

5. This is an extention of #4: ducking flying wireless keyboards.

1) Everyone on your friend list suddenly coming on when they haven't been on all day and /tell-ing you about their day.

2) Ice cream... oh... who can resist?

3) Friends who can't understand why you play this damn game all day when it looks like you hit the same four keys over and over again. ^^
 
I don't get distracted, I'm like a machine!

Ummm, in all seriousness:

1. MSN + IRC
2. Websites (QCDN in particular!)
3. Parents... ("Go outside!")
4. Lack of snacks or drinks (during nightly play)

And other stuff that would obviously distract my playing - power cuts, phone/doorbell, bad things happening.

2. bf/Klank and his random sneak attacks
3. Ramen beeping/done cooking
4. Semi-rare black-outs, but I tend to tell my party I gtg if I start to get dizzy and stuff, so this getting my party killed's rare. x_x;
