1 - Having a brother who hasn't tried to look for a job in seven months, and now is moving back home leaving you with a full mortgage payment.

I felt bad at first, because he hated living at home, but what the fuck am I supposed to do? If he had even bothered to look for a job in the seven months he was unemployed (his choice btw, he quit because he didn't like going) I might feel a little different.

2 - Trying to find a roommate.

Suckfest. Absolute suckfest. You have friends who say they'll move in with you, but you know you'd hate living with them. You politely say "no, thanks" and they get all pissy. Thanks, assholes. I know I'm being a total dick for not wanting to ruin our friendship.

3 - Online roommate websites.

You know what's awesome? A working search filter. Jesus. If I put a minimum rent down, don't give me people who want to pay five-hundred dollars less. And where the hell do these people come from? Here's a stellar example:

TiffityGirl
(Race, age, orientation, etc)
Must haves: Own bedroom, private bathroom, walk in closet, heat/air, in unit laundry.
Max rent: $200 a month

Where the fuck are you going to find anything for $200 a month that isn't a shed in some creepy guys backyard. Kill yourself, I hate you.

Amazing.

Good amazing, or bad amazing?

Hilarious amazing! I'm sorry that your brother is a giant unstoppable douche hell bent on destroying your financial security with his douchiness. I'm sure you'll find a new roomate! Best of luck in that as well. Did you try the facebook marketplace? It seems pretty legit to me.

Anyway, let me know how it works out. We still have to party because you only live like an hour away from me. And two Jason's can only bring out hilarity and good times. I swear. I've tried it before.

Or.. we just have sex. WHATEVER.

Either she is very very hot and doesn't like wearing cloths or she is the most stupid person on the planet.

I guess we can start with heavy drinking, and go from there...

Vaccums

All in all, I'm sorry you have to deal with the whole room mate searching thing. That does, indeed, suck.

I think my poops sucks...

Well, it stinks. /phail.

My toilet DOES suck though, they go hand in hand right?

man..I was thinking about straws and vacuums..

You could always put one of those flyers up with the torn ends in a college residence hall.

That is, unless you're not even close to college age anymore. It might be kinda creepy if you're, say, 36.

My advise to you, never get a roommate who isn't someone you know. It's just not worth it, ever. Living with someone you don't know can turn into a more expensive disaster than just sticking it out by yourself. Some people get lucky but I bet a lot more people get unlucky. Also, living with a girl sucks... even if she is putting out.
