I've never claimed an NM that was being CCed before, and 2nite, I claimed KA. I spam voke and next thing I know its coming after me and is red, so I freak out, yell into skype to be saved (whms don't tank well). I got a lot of examines since I claimed it but kept fighting. Then I hear on skype "your not gunna like this, but im DCing" and then I notice that I am too. WTF TWO FUCKING COMPUTERS DISCONNECT AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. both of us... dc... I live in ont. canada, my friend is down in arizona, so, no we don't have the same connection, were not even on the same coast, and we disconnect at the same fucking time. BULL SHIT my LS thinks its too much of a coincidence and suggest I call GM to check it out and of course, its "sorry you're shit outta luck"

So to put this in as basic form as possible, you connection fails as much as you, so you must have been conspired against by some unknown force.

thats nice of you to say considering the major bad luck they had... who wants to lose claim by unlucky disconnections on KA? something in huge demand and hard to get... what a nice guy you are.

Oh, I am so sorry for not sugar coating it, but when it is your own connection that is faulty, I won't really sympathize. It's an online game. When your online sucks, get out the game.

I was disconnected from the lobby server while camping Argus. After 15 min of checking my routers and all, it wasn't my ISP; I was still online. Leech King popped shortly afterwards when I finally managed to get back on. If it were any longer, it would have left plenty of time for someone to kill it and leave me without a TOD.

I don't know when you became so bitter. You can't blame QCDN for it, only yourself. And even more oblivious to the fact, being disconnected from FFXI does not always relate to your ISP. Get a clue, SE's servers hiccup so often it's amazing people still deal with the PS2 limitations in Whitegate. Are you going to blame a person for buying a PS2 to play this game as well?

Of course most people won't make a thread about it. This instance is worthy of one, however. The flameboard is a place to vent. That crab involves a lot of luck to claim and to lose it like that is incredibly unlucky, especially given the prior record with similar occasions.

There's always going to be trolls here, Begen. You'll learn to ignore them. And you'll learn to respect the ones who actually give people the benefit of the doubt and a pat on the back.
