Seeing as how the Dynamis in question was Loveless, I'll enlighten people as to what happened. On our first Bastok run, we did end up getting BST AF2 to drop in about 30 min of the run. Since we didn't have any BST's in the shell at the time, we asked everyone if they had BST at lvl 65+ which is our process of determining if someone should lot it before it becomes free lot. Rather than ask if he could lot on the AF even though his BST was 50ish at the time, Rafcalz instead decided that he really wanted the AF by lying and saying that his BST was 65.

We get so much BST AF ...and yet no one claims it. If it aint claimed beforehand, we make it free lot to all. Don't matter if your bst is 1 or 99. Solves that problem.

You claim one AF2 when you go in. Any AF2 that isn't claimed is free lot to all. Again, it solves problems such as the issue that you came up with. If you want to claim BST AF2, come to dynamis as BST. Simple nuff eh?

Yeah, it was directed at him. However, the way lotting works within Dynamis (atleast how Thiefguild used to do it which is what I'm assuming svina is also doing) is that 1 job would be allowed to their AF and only their AF. You would have to specifiy what you were going for and that was it. If you had multiples of a job , you could only choose 1 job you wanted to lot on for that specific run. This rules out anyone attaining 2 or more pieces of AF2 during the run.

We do the same thing in Loveless but instead of just letting any random person lot an AF2 piece that no one is going for, we ask if anyone has a job that is 65+ since it would make it obvious that they intend to complete the last 10 lvls required to wear certain pieces of AF2. The person with a 65+ job would put the AF2 to far greater use than someone that is only lvl 1 in that specific job.
 
but if no one has a job that is lvl 65+ yet for that? and anyways.. doing that in the middle of a dynamis run is... well.. you should focus more on the dynamis. Dynamis - Bastok and Jeuno and Sandy.. sure those aren't bad enough where you need to be like you are in Dynamis - Windy or I'm assuming (since I haven't been there) Dynamis - Xarcabard and Dynamis - Beaucidine... those are far more challenging and really require your attention. I'd rather focus on the dynamis rather than who should really get the BST AF... I mean.. who goes BST.. really? not too many have BST over 20 or so
 
I'm guessing thiefsguild lotting rules carried over into dynamis drgnash? It's based on the same idea... I don't know how slacker dealt with lotting items no one claimed...because in the runs I went with him, we never had that issue.

This just seems to be fairest. And frankly no one seems to give a damn otherwise.
