Looks like he just poured water into a container that had a small amount of liquid nitrogen in it.
 
Its the gel thats in diabers. Its a silicone that you put just some in water and it solidifies the whole thing. its funny to put in someones drink and turn the thing solid.
 
um, well, that's not too hard to do.

Make a bottle extremely clean, then distilize some water so that it contains nothing but pure water. After that, put it in the freezer. Since it contains only water, the water won't freeze until it gets mixed with something, or gets slightly shaken.

Now you can do 1 of 2 things. If you drop something in to it, like salt, it will instantly freeze. Or you can pour it in to a cup with something in it, which will cause it to instantly freeze.

Its not a new "product". Its just physics.
 
You can drink it too. Didn't you guys learn this in science class?
 
thats cool shit. but extremely pure water will freeze if below 32 degrees correct? Having no contaminates and movement generally makes the freezing point closer to 32 instead of lower. (directed towards Uzor's comment.)
