Unless they make a server without "No Emigration" rules, I doubt I will switch servers. Reason is simple, many high end people will also move to have less competition to their goals, or greed activities what ever. The new server won't change. The high end people will dominate and monopolise the high end content, the High level crafters will rule the economy. A fresh start is the only way to build up your own kind of world. So, in the end this is my own opinion migrating servers won't change much. Different server name, some friends, new faces, same old economy and high end content competition.
