Time settings error?

Recently I've been having trouble with the time settings, no matter what I set the timezone/DST settings for, it's always off by 25-45 minutes, can't say I remember this happening before, I just set to eastern time/DST auto.

Perhaps have I made a little "oops" in my settings that I've overlooked? ^^;

Edit for timing: OP time was 10:09pm as displayed on board, but it's actually about 10:51pm est.

Yep, same here. Been like this for a long time, but I just sorta ignored it.

Ever since the transfer, it's been 40 minutes slow. System clock for the server is way off.
